Ford ST for Service
by FORD ST on 07/18/2023I had taken my Ford ST for a regular maintenance and service and somehow the panel gauges on my vehicle were going off after I picked up my vehicle from the service department. Tiffany the service representative was excellent to deal with… and she was concerned about my vehicle. I would give her an excellent rating because she was attentive during the time my vehicle was being serviced. The only bad service that I had received was not getting a call back from the Manager (Mike Connor). I had left a message and never heard from him. I feel as a customer you would just take a few minutes of your time to return a simple phone call. Certified pre owned Ford Explorer
by Pissed in Az on 07/03/2023I allegedly bought a certified pre owned Ford explorer from Autonation Ford in Scottsdale. The car had a funny smell so we checked the cabin air filter. It was dark black and had a huge hole in it. Then driving at night and we had no high… beams. Took the car back for an explanation on certified pre owned. They put the car in the shop to find out a rodent had chewed wiring. This all should have been part of the presale inspection not after!!! Dealer took care but still not happy it happened after I bought the car. These things should have been discovered during the certified preowned inspection process

My new Escape lease experience

4 hour oil change
by Cgarner88 on 04/27/2023Overall, the dealership is fine. I usually have a better than average experience. This past time I went in for a scheduled pile change. I brought my vehicle in at 10:20am for a 10:30am appointment. I was told it would take up to two hours.… I decided to sit and wait because I thought two hours was an overestimate. For the next THREE hours I sat and watched as my truck was never moved from where I parked it. I went out and asked if was done and if it wasn’t I need to take it back and get on with my day. They went to check and next I saw my truck being driven back to service area. Another hour later it was done. Nothing like a 4 hour oil change.Hi, we appreciate your honest review. No oil filter????
