4 hour oil change

Overall, the dealership is fine. I usually have a better than average experience. This past time I went in for a scheduled pile change. I brought my vehicle in at 10:20am for a 10:30am appointment. I was told it would take up to two hours. I decided to sit and wait because I thought two hours was an overestimate. For the next THREE hours I sat and watched as my truck was never moved from where I parked it. I went out and asked if was done and if it wasn’t I need to take it back and get on with my day. They went to check and next I saw my truck being driven back to service area. Another hour later it was done. Nothing like a 4 hour oil change.
