Horrible experience
by Disappointed on 07/14/2019Very disappointing experience. This car dealership is very untrustworthy and put me in a very shady deal. I tried to return the purchased vehicle more then once as I was extremely unhappy with my purchase and my deal. I was refused that… option. They would not take my vehicle back and return my trade in to me. They screwed me. Service Boondoggle

They stated they do BIG jobs & that the place I just came from has dent repair. Went online… to schedule dent repair. Dropped off truck Sat morn & new appt for Monday, so left truck there. I called Monday to explain what happened. No calls from service Monday. I called Tue & asked about truck, we will contact you was response - no calls. I left message for service manager to call me, then I finally got a return call with status. I will probably never bring my truck back here.Thank you for leaving this detailed feedback about your experience with our dealership. by Nothappy on 06/12/2019In December I took my Charger here for some warranty work. Nicholas was my advisor. When I talked to him over the phone he was condescending and rude. When I took my car in, he wasn't any better, AND acted like he was doing ME a favor by… his having shown up to work that day. He couldn't explain things clearly and then acted like there was something wrong with me when I couldn't understand what he was trying to say. When I repeated back to him what I was thought he was trying to communicate, he wouldn't acknowledge that I was right or wrong, just kept telling me "this is what I was trying to tell you over the phone." Still didn't understand. There was a problem with my warranty and he had to call them to get it straightened out before they would work on my car. He said he would call back when he had answers. And he did. 3 weeks later. I called the manager because I wanted to comment on Nicholas' bad attitude. I had to leave a message and never heard back from him. Meanwhile, I went to another Dodge Dealership - where I was treated with respect and consideration - and the service was completed there.Thank you for leaving us this response. Salesman Chuck Brewer promised he’d send a clean copy of the service report on the vehicle, and also would look for the spare key. I waited a few days, sent Chuck a reminder email, waited… again, sent another. Nothing, no response. Also haven’t received the extended warranty they talked me into. Also discovered off-road damage (cross-member) I didn’t see the night I bought it. The price on the Jeep was fair, they don’t put you through the hours of hard-sell agony or negotiation ( although a new car sale may be different), but it looks like, once they have your money, they are done with you. If they have a vehicle you want, check it over THOROUGHLY IN DAYLIGHT, and don’t count on ANYTHING from them after the sale is made.Thanks, for leaving us this response. by geauxt92 on 09/18/2018If you are looking for a place to buy a new car, you may wish to look elsewhere. Think, before you 'Drive Pink'. We came in looking at a new Wrangler Unlimited. The dealership did not have exactly what I wanted, so they located one at… a nearby dealership. After making the deal, which took a several hours, the jeep they located for the deal was not available. The dealership offered to sell me their unit and would install the extras needed (four rounds of paperwork later). We purchased their unit with these assurances. Big Mistake! Although the sales aspect of it was reasonably pleasant, this is the third week we have been trying to get the extras installed. The Service Rep (Name I had to remove here), failed to return no less than a dozen calls, forcing me to present at the dealership. Sales tried to steer me to service, but I felt that was not my place to correct their behavior as they were not employees of mine. I asked for a manager. I spoke with one of the sales managers, He assured me I would just need to let them know when I wanted to bring the car in, and they would take care of it. Sales called a day or so later, asking if I could bring the car in Friday for one of the extras to be installed (almost 3 weeks after purchase). I advised I would and they asked me to reach out to my service rep. I presented to her for the install, and she did not have the scope of work. She advised she was 'unaware', despite my written proof to her of the contrary. I left with the Jeep and escalated my concerns. I won't bother you with all the back and forth with the dealer. Suffice it to say, it took almost 90 days to recover the funds I was over charged for this transaction (the options they promised to install for free, were actually charged to me hidden in the paperwork). I had to deal with the Sales Manager directly to accomplish this. My Jeep is still not optioned as they promised, and I am the one holding the bag. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealer. This experience was deplorable, and I cannot tell you how disappointed I am. This was a 50th birthday present. It was a wonderful way to ruin a monumental birthday. It is no wonder why they have the terrible reviews they do. I am following up with Jeep customer service.Routine visit

Was told the work was “Guaranteed” to be done if it was in by 9am it would be out by 5pm. After hearing nothing all day I showed up at 630pm to a truck that got an oil… change, but the work I had a 9am appointment for never got done. I was told they got really busy. If I have an appointment how busy you get is not my problem, my truck should have been on a lift no later than 10am to get the work done. I had an appointment, others who just dropped off ahead of my appointment were taken care of. No point in making an appointment at this place, and don’t believe the “in by 9 out by 5 guarantee”. Only positive is the service lady comped my oil change for inconveniencing me. That oil change is the only work this dealership will ever do to my truck. Completely dissatisfied.Ferguson Renegade

by KarAnd5 on 08/15/2018I am having a hard time writing this. When I dropped my vehicle off my service advisor, Nicholas Thomas, was very rude. He even brought me to tears. I felt I couldn't do or say anything right and he was rushing me. However when I picked up… my Challenger Nicholas was great, very kind and talkative. My service was completed in a timely manner. Maybe he was having a bad morning, but I left there with tears running down my face in the morning. I even thought about leaving and making an appointment at another Dodge dealer, however I was blocked in by other vehicles. This isn't the first time I have not had a good experience at AutoNation. We are in the market for another Jeep and I can't bring myself to buy from there. I know I will never use the service center. I was going to give 1 star, but I changed to 2 starts since Nicholas was very nice at pick up.
