Scheduled an appointment to get recall work and an oil change done. Was told the work was “Guaranteed” to be done if it was in by 9am it would be out by 5pm. After hearing nothing all day I showed up at 630pm to a truck that got an oil change, but the work I had a 9am appointment for never got done. I was told they got really busy. If I have an appointment how busy you get is not my problem, my truck should have been on a lift no later than 10am to get the work done. I had an appointment, others who just dropped off ahead of my appointment were taken care of. No point in making an appointment at this place, and don’t believe the “in by 9 out by 5 guarantee”. Only positive is the service lady comped my oil change for inconveniencing me. That oil change is the only work this dealership will ever do to my truck. Completely dissatisfied.
