by 2H8ISEZ on 05/01/2025The low oil life indicator popped up so we had to scramble for an appointment to get an oil change before the clock read zero. Fortunately we caught a spot on Wednesday morning and we thought we were golden. Unfortunately the stay got to be… lengthy. Three hours later our car was done. Needless to say we were late for work but tried to make the best of it. I have to tell you that RYAN MENDOZA was incredibly understanding and apologetic about the wait that he made the rest of the day, although rushed, seem okay. I appreciated Ryan for that very much. Please convey our gratitude to Mr. Mendoza and have him keep doing what he's doing. by Kizzleton on 04/26/2025Noticed a couple issues at purchase. Took back the next day and didn't a "great" answer but Noone available to look at it so figured give it little more time. Problems continued. So took it back in left it for over 24 hours they said… it was blah blah blah and should be good and the other issue they couldn't duplicate. It's 48 hours later and both issues persist. Needless to say it's gotta go back. Kind of bummed on service part so far.Thanks for the feedback, Kizzleton. Routine Service
by PLehnert on 12/29/2023Brought my truck in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. This took 2+ hrs. I also had a bad window switch that I wanted replaced. The switch that controls my passage side front window works erratically. The truck is under… warranty so it should be a quick fix. They stated they couldn't mimic the issue. I know they pushed on the switch until it worked and once it gets going its good for awhile. They even showed me and as I left the dealership it was working. I told the service writer that no way it just worked for them. I didn't get a mile from the dealership and it stopped working. Not sure why they couldn't just replace the faulty switch as its under warranty. I'll be going to another dealership moving forward.Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Misdiagnose
by Unhappy on 10/07/2023Brought my Chevrolet Corvette in because it would not start and was told by AutoZone that my battery needed to be replaced; they could not place it into my car and told me to go to a dealership. Went to AutoNation and told the service… woman what I needed. After waiting 65 minutes for them to test the battery, they told me it was not the battery. That I would need to wait three (3) days until they could check other things (starter, alternator, etc.); So I left and went to Christian Brothers (CB). Left my car at (CB) to have the battery checked; and if need be, the alternator and starter. CB contacted me and told me it was my battery and replaced it. Apparently, AutoNation did not put a load on my battery when testing it.Sorry that your unhappy about our diagnose. Replacing the battery can be a quick easy fix. However, do not be surprised if the will not start again when the battery gets drained. This is due to more issues with the vehicle other than just a battery.
