Morning rush hour

onThe low oil life indicator popped up so we had to scramble for an appointment to get an oil change before the clock read zero. Fortunately we caught a spot on Wednesday morning and we thought we were golden. Unfortunately the stay got to be lengthy. Three hours later our car was done. Needless to say we were late for work but tried to make the best of it. I have to tell you that RYAN MENDOZA was incredibly understanding and apologetic about the wait that he made the rest of the day, although rushed, seem okay. I appreciated Ryan for that very much. Please convey our gratitude to Mr. Mendoza and have him keep doing what he's doing. He's a keeper.
