Brought my truck in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. This took 2+ hrs. I also had a bad window switch that I wanted replaced. The switch that controls my passage side front window works erratically. The truck is under warranty so it should be a quick fix. They stated they couldn't mimic the issue. I know they pushed on the switch until it worked and once it gets going its good for awhile. They even showed me and as I left the dealership it was working. I told the service writer that no way it just worked for them. I didn't get a mile from the dealership and it stopped working. Not sure why they couldn't just replace the faulty switch as its under warranty. I'll be going to another dealership moving forward.
