    Went in to see about refinancing my loan with a used car and walked away with a brand new 2019 Altima. Could not pass up the great deal and the staff were amazing. Josh the sales rep was so amazing, Cassidy was very understanding and worked magic to get me the numbers I needed and Zacharj in Finance made the paperwork a breeze. All under 3 hours. So very impressed. This is my 5th Altima and I could not be happier.

    Had a great purchase experience. Our salesperson Wayne Johnson and finance person Greg were top notch and very professional. Wayne explained everything about our new car and stayed with us during the entire purchase. Greg was straightforward and honest during the finance portion.

    great service when I bought my car, but after that they want nothing to do with you. Was promised a rebate, then all of of a sudden the sales and finance guy didnt work there anymore. Then keep being told by another it will be taken care of and I get my calls ignored everyday, being told they will leave a message, or if I talk to said person, he promises he will call me back. Why the LIES! How about you give me what is promised or stop stringing me along!

    I went in with a budget, a down payment, and a type of car and Devin did everything else. He was able to work with me on a monthly payment, down payment, and exact specifications of what I was looking for. I highly recommend visiting this location and let them know what you want and what you want to spend and let them work their magic. An additional thanks goes to Thor for helping me out with another issue a few days later. He got me taken care of in next to no time and didn't charge me a dime. 5 stars!

  • Worst experience!

    Will for sure never purchase here again and I hope I can stop others as well. We were taken advantage of, lied to, and no compassion from management when we tried to get things worked out. Salesman even cussed and spoke rudely when we called. One even telling us to come in and say it to their face, basically being a bully. They played games and nobody would take ownership for the lies and theft! Charging for things that don't even exist and twisting things around to make it seem like one way, but throw in extra charges and such. I was a fool to fall into their trap!

  • Worst experience every- they steal money

    Make a long story short: they seem nice, but they are just fake. We verbally agreed to lease a car whose FINAL price was 22K, the sales person said that there were no fee and absolutely nothing to add on top of that. They never showed us a printout of the final price, but just what our monthly payment would be. We went talked to Roger who said that our monthly payment would be $197. This is not what we had calculated, so we asked why and he said: "Oh wait, now the money factor changed and it is $184". We asked again why and he said: "Oh wait, now it is $174". He went on talking and talking, making up rules that kept changing. We should have known by then that it was a joke, but we thought that they were just gonna try to play with the monthly payment. Unfortunately, we went on and signed the contract (it was 9pm on Saturday night after 4 hours of them talking). We later found out that the "agreed value" on the contract was 27K and summing up down payment, monthly lease payments, and residual value we get a 30K price!!!! We asked for explanations. First, Roger said that we bought options like tinted windows. We were never asked if we wanted any option, the car we saw had tinted windows, and you cannot pay 8K for tinted windows. Then, we talked to the sales manager who basically said that he had no idea of how we ended up with a value of 27k and sent us back to Roger. He first said that he had no idea either because he was not involved in the deal. Then, he started making up numbers like a rent charge and depreciation amount just to move from 22k to 27k. We said that the sales guy never told us about these fees, he apologized a lot, and said that this is what it is. He quickly threw away the piece of paper with his fake numbers, stood up, and wished us good day. We are considering suing them for bad faith, but if you can, avoid them completely. Put simply, they steal money.

    Went in car sales man picked the car i wanted, discussed number and once agreed I drove the car home. Pretty easy about 3 hours spent there, and got decent trade in value. Bought original car thru them and so far I am happy, no forced sale or bullying to accept offer, I had a bad experience at the Pinnacle Nissan where guy offered me the worst possible offer and looked at me like i was stupid because i didn't accept( never go there).

    i am happy that I went to Larry H Miller Nissan dealership in Mesa. I was looking to replace my 2006 Nissan Ultima 2.5 S with the same 2016 model. Salesman was very helpful and showed me several different cars and I drove 2. He also walked me through the new car features and set up the bluetooth for my phone. The finance staff was professional and timely.

    I bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue SV with the Premium Package and Moonroof Package from Larry H. Miller last night. I could not be more pleased. My interaction with every person in the dealership (not even those involved in my transaction) was extremely pleasant. I looked at the Rogues a year ago, and after a year of comparing other cars, and multiple test drives, I took the plunge and now I am grinning from ear to ear. The car I traded in was one I purchased 10 years ago brand new, and I drove it as the sole owner for 10 years. Needless to say, this was a thoughtful decision for me, and I know I will be owning my new Rogue for years to come. The Internet Sales Team was especially wonderful, and worked to beat a deal I was offered by another dealership. Not only did they beat the competitors offer, but they went out of their way to up them again by doing a dealer trade, and brought in a different vehicle that was actually one of my preferred colors, rather than trying to push me into buying a car on their lot that did not quite meet my color specifications. The sales team actually drove up to a dealership that was rather far away during rush hour and back, just to have my car there for me when I got off work. That should show you something! Long story short... do your research when thinking about buying a car. But once you do, go to Larry H. Miller to buy it. Still smiling... :D

  • Terrible Experience

    My wife and I went to Larry H Miller on Saturday and met with a salesman Roger whom we were referred to. When we met with him we expressed how much we could put down and what we needed our payments to be. He took us out and showed us vehicles that were out of our price range and told us not to worry about the price. We expressed that we needed to be within a certain range. He told my wife he is being too frugal. We went out into the lot and saw a 2006 Nissan Altima with 38K miles on it and were interested in it. We asked the cost and he told us it should be $4-5K and then when we went inside the cost jumped up to $7-8K and when he started to do the paperwork it automatically was the $8K. That was a descent price for the vehicle with with amount of miles but instantly jumped from $4-5 to $8K. We filled out the app and they went back and forth playing cat and mouse. They came back wanting almost a grand more than what we told them we had to put down and payments way higher. We were upfront with them with what we could do and he went back and forth with the finance manager. Each time going back spending 20+ minutes while we were stuck in his office. We could see through the glass them laughing and joking around. When he came back he said we are working on it can you give us some time. We said yes as my wife and I were both hungry and needed a break as we had already been there a couple of hours. They said give us 45 minutes and we will have everything done by the time you get back. We went to lunch across the street and was gone an hour and 20 minutes to give them extra time. We called to see if it was ok to come back and they said give me 10-15 minutes. 30 minutes later I call back again and they said still working on it. They said to go home and they would work on it and we would have an answer Monday morning. I asked if we needed to put money down to hold it and was told no, they would hold it for us. Monday rolls around and I text Roger to find out where we are at with no response. So I call him an hour later and he tells me he is off and someone will get back with us. Two hours pass and no one gets back with us so I call Aaron a Supervisor there and he tells me he is off the next two days but someone will get back with us. Two hours later I call back and speak with a Brandon in the Financing department he said he is not sure what is going on but he will look into it and give us a call back. No call back. After 5:00 Monday night I get a call back from a different Brandon who is just calling to see how our experience was. I expressed our frustration and understand that people deserve and get their days off but if you tell me someone is going to call me back, then do it. Brandon told me that he would look into it. He called me back and told me that the vehicle was traded in and that the financing for the people that traded it in hadn't gone through and that it has to do that before they can clear the vehicle. I said not a problem, what do we need to do. He said to come in on Tuesday and put down $500 to hold the vehicle. I told him not a problem. Tuesday morning I call Roger and tell him of the conversation I had with Brandon and that I was in Phoenix and would be coming down to put down the $500 to hold the vehicle. Roger told me not to that there was no need to do that, it is on hold and we are good. He then called me back at 10:45 and said everything is good with the financing and to come in and the paperwork would be ready. I expressed that my wife and I would be in around 3-3:30 and he said great he would see us then. I texted him at 3:04 and let him know we were leaving our house and would be there in 1/2 hour. I got not response from him. We show up at the dealership and he doesn't even shake our hands just says come on in and walks 20 feet ahead of us. We go into his office and sit down and he says You are going to be mad at me. I ask why. He says that the General Manager saw the car and wants to buy it so they are selling it to him. I told him that was unacceptable that we already had this in the works. He said there is nothing he can do, the general manager wants it and they have to give it to him. My wife and I were furious after dealing with this since Saturday, lack of communication, no calls back and people lying to us. And to top it all off, the general manager wants the car so they have to sell it to him. Roger could have called me or responded to my text letting me know it wasn't available but no, he has us come in to tell us we are going to be mad and no solutions, nothing other than sorry. We are deeply dissappointed and will never do business with this company nor will we refer anyone. Please beware as they lie to you and take the vehicle out from under you.
