    Vincent Anselmo was a disappointment. When we met him, he acted friendly, caring. However, two days later I was told that my Credit Union would not be the financial co. that would fund my loan, he called me and told me the reason why and that he would send me the paperwork right the way. I call him back every day after that, even went to the dealership and I was told he would call me back the next day, but he didn't. So, I whole week and a half went buy and he didn't call me back until I told the salesman that I would contact the general manager. Until then, he call me back in a very rude tone and said he didn't understand me. Bottom line, he makes no effort to contact me in person and I told him, that if he didn't get my financial done then I want to do it through my CU with their car care package. So far I have no idea what is going on.

  • I wouldn't go back, wish I could leave zero stars

    Took my avalanche there to have the ECM reflashed. They didn't do that but instead told me they had to lower the gas tank to see what was wrong with the fuel pump. Said if it was that it would be approx $1400. I brought the car home instead, pulled the fuel pump relay and shorted the contacts (standard test for fuel pump functionality). Fuel pump worked fine. Got the computer reflashed elsewhere and the truck runs great. So I was charged $325 and they didn't do the very thing I took it there for. Called the Service Manager twice and left messages. No response.

    • I left messages for your service manager and never heard back so tire management team clearly doesn't care. If you want to do something about it then refund my money.

    Great dealership to do business with. General manager, Shane Wolfe has always taken a personal interest in a my satisfaction, weather in sales or service. The customer service & honesty received here is hard to find in our day and this industry. highly recommend them for sales and service.

    Made an appointment for an oil change and inspection, they took the truck back to service area quickly. I had no ride to go elsewhere so I had to wait. Wifi was available so was able to kill time quickly. Truck was ready 45 minutes earlier then expected. My service rep was great, think his name was John. Truck came back to me with some auggested items that needed service soon, and was washed and vacuumed. I was very pleased with the service.

    After giving my specific contact information, it took them 3 days to contact me. This is after I left 6 messages, several to Barry Miller, 1 to Brooklyn and 2 to Robert Adam’s (who was given my contact info). I had to find a way to get to work, even though I was told someone would contact me about my car and if it took longer than 24hrs, a car would be provided to me. When I was finally contacted on Monday (drop off was Thursday at 1130a) I was transferred to a voicemail. Called back to speak to Brooklyn and was given the info that my car would be ready. Robert contacted my wife, not me, and was told that the repair order was left in Mikes name when it was written instead of in his name and therefore did not see to update me. What happened? I spoke to Robert, not someone named Mike. I gave Robert my info, not someone named Mike. Robert dropped the ball, he failed to keep a customers documents in order and therefore caused me an inconvenience. I entrusted AutoNation Chevrolet with my vehicle and to contact me regarding issues with my vehicle. They did not. Brooklyn was the only one to return my calls. If Barry Miller isn’t going to return phone calls, then why was I left to leave voicemails for him when I called to inquire about my service updates? If I was able to go to a mechanic and have my warranty valid with them, I would have. Or if there was another AutoNation dealership, I would’ve gladly taken it there. Next time I need my vehicle taken care, I will be better prepared next time and make sure the service advisor that is taking my vehicle has the correct info and then have it repeated to me. And hope he won’t lose it or give it to someone else when they are 24hrs behind on servicing their customers. I had my tires rotated too. I had to take my car into Discount Tire to have the tires “re-learned” so the computer/dashboard would know the location of the tires. I was under the impression this would’ve been done by the service dept when they rotated my tires. All in all, this was not an enjoyable experience. Me and my family have bought 3 cars from this dealership. We take them to get oil changes and get servuced. Trusted the process. This time, the trust has been damaged.

    It went quite well. The service gentleman Donny explained to me what went wrong and explained the broken part. I had to leave car overnight, because part had to be ordered. Donny sent me a picture of the broken part. Went next day to pick up car. All went well!

    AutoNation Chevrolet Mesa had the EXACT vehicle I was dreaming of on their lot. I arrived at the dealer about 40 minutes before their closing and met with Sales Associate Carlos Gomez. He was very friendly, polite, relaxed, and happy to review all the details of the vehicle and facilitate a test drive. When we decided to purchase, everything went very quickly and smoothly. Carlos stayed with us after the dealer closing to finish the purchase with the same smile and enthusiasm,. The dealer has a beautiful facility. 5 stars all the way.

    Very clean, very communicative about what we needed, service advisor was very educational about how and what out car needed to be at certain stats in ltder to feel and work a bit more properly. We were quoted 2hrs and we got a call back in about 1:15ish. We rceived the courtesy shuttle with was also very clean and the driver despite having very little English was very courteous and carious when driving g.

    Very friendly helpful technician/advisor. Quick shuttle home and back. Window motor was fixed perfectly. Took over a day to get warranty approval, but not the fault of Autonation.

    You can’t reach anyone when you call, you get sent to voicemail. It took 5 days just for them to actually look at the truck even though we had an appointment on Thursday- they finally got to it on Monday- what is the purpose of an appointment. Another day to fix it.
