onTook my avalanche there to have the ECM reflashed. They didn't do that but instead told me they had to lower the gas tank to see what was wrong with the fuel pump. Said if it was that it would be approx $1400. I brought the car home instead, pulled the fuel pump relay and shorted the contacts (standard test for fuel pump functionality). Fuel pump worked fine. Got the computer reflashed elsewhere and the truck runs great. So I was charged $325 and they didn't do the very thing I took it there for. Called the Service Manager twice and left messages. No response.

I left messages for your service manager and never heard back so tire management team clearly doesn't care. If you want to do something about it then refund my money.
