Another Superior Experience At AutoNation Honda

Not only did he provide accurate and superior knowledge about the vehicle, he made… sure every question we had was fully answered. He took in account our specific needs and concerns as well as our budget . Not only did he help get us the most for our trade-in, but help get us into a brand new Pilot at a price that works for us. We felt that we were getting the best deal in the Valley, and that it would even carry over to anything that we could imagine for the future with this vehicle or any other Honda we currently have or would want! Kudos to Gregg Gabbin and the whole sales team at AutoNation Honda. I would definitely let him help us with our next Honda. I interacted with 4-5 other Honda dealers in the greater Phoenix area; this team offered a more competitive price (by far)… and addressed all my needs and concerns - professionally, respectfully, and quickly. by knighthawk68 on 12/22/2015We were nearing the end of our lease on a 2012 Honda Odyssey, and went in to discuss our options (buy out the old van, lease a new vehicle, etc). We met with Sean Corbett and Gregg Gabbin. I already knew going in what I wanted for the… trade-in and what margin over the dealer invoice I was willing to pay for a new Odyssey. We looked over the new SE model which had the rear seat entertainment, powered doors, and built-in vacuum. With the very first offer they presented us, both the offer to trade-in our current Odyssey and the price of the new Odyssey were better than expected, and the deal was done. It made more sense to keep a low lease payment with full warrant and oil changes covered than a higher loan payment on an older vehicle. For those of you who do not realize, Honda Odyssey's lease out very well because they hold a lot of their value. With a lease, you make payments on the depreciation, and only pay tax on the depreciation. Near the end of your term, you can choose to buy out the vehicle for the agreed residual value (back when you first signed the lease), trade it in at a dealership (they essentially buy it out for the residual value + remaining payments tax free), or give it back to Honda. In my case, the value of my 2012 Odyssey was $2,000 higher than the buy-out residual value. Therefore, it would not make sense to just give it back to Honda and have to worry about mileage charges. So if you have a vehicle nearing the end of a lease (especially if you are over mileage), give these guys, Sean Corbett or Gregg Gabbin, a call. Generally, I also suggest going in during the evening, and on the couple last days of the month. Dealerships try to hit their numbers on the last couple days of the month so they will be more flexible.Easy new car buying process

The check engine light came on about a month ago, when I took it in to be looked at- they hassled me about a loaner even though I was told that was included with service appts. Then 5 days… after dropping off the car I was told that NONE of the 7 things that are wrong with my SUV are covered by warranty. So, I put 5k down on a car just to have to pay an additional $1800 8 months later. I would highly recommend choosing another dealership. One that does not offer a joke of a 'warranty' and one that sticks to what they say. They are very nice to 'NEW MONEY'. But, us folks that have already paid are left to deal with a problem car.Great Experience!!!
