My wife and I had a surprisingly enjoyable experience purchasing a new 2016 Honda Pilot with the help of Amy Blackwell. She was prepared with the SUV ready for the test drive with keys in hand, prior to driving off the lot she went through all the componens on the car as well as difference between levels. She was not pushy and communicated on my terms and with my initiation vs. calling and harrasing.
