You can tell he has may years in the car business, and was further a great… listener and very respectful of me as a car buyer. My sales consultants, Bruce Kral and Eric Hardy, went above and beyond in every aspect of the process. I was not pressured at any time… and was treated with respect while at the same time given welcome advise and information. Jim Ginther in finance made the process as fast and efficient as possible. I also appreciated the sales manager, Shane Wolfe taking the time to introduce himself and reaffirmed their goal of being there for future ongoing support with service etc. And I love my new Civic!Great car. Great dealership.

I had some bad experiences with previous dealerships when I saw the add for the Honda CR-V that I ended up buying, I sent an email and Amy Blackwell responded with a… phone call. She was so pleasant and answered all my questions. When I went to AutoNation Honda in Chandler, I was struck by how clean and the people were friendly. The service was great and the followup was even better, Amy is great to work with. The personalized thank you card and the water present in my new vehicle when I took possession were just the special touches that make a difference. I would highly recommend them as well.Great Purchasing Experience!!

Sales person Alan Garcia was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and patient as we came to our buying decision. He clearly explained everything to us. We test… drove two vehicles (one used and one new), and without pushing us in either direction he showed us all of each vehicles features and how everything worked we decided to buy the new Honda Odyssey Touring Elite. We also worked with Eddie Matthias in Sales and Paul Scherfenberg in Finance who were very helpful during each step of the purchasing process. I am the only driver in our household and since we did not do a trade-in, Alan and Eddie even brought our original car home when we left with the new vehicle. We cannot recommend AutoNation Honda and working with Alan and Eddie highly enough.Excellent Customer Service

Told one thing by one department and another by another department! Then brought car back for service had an appointment for… wipers to be installed, they had to order Wipers. Over 2 hrs waiting for wipers when they should have been here! Then come to find out they did not fix a safety recall on vehicle before selling!We regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. 2015 Honda Odyssey Purchase

Basically, some straight talk, straight deal, for top notch cars. Also, the salesman are smart, friendly, and… very accomodating. I must also compliment the great listening and easy finishing of the deal with the finance department. The service on my first two cars has been first rate. I give Honda Autonation the top seat in auto dealers I have used over 30 years.Great experience

I was at the dealership next door to AutoNation Honda for 20 minutes and no one would approach me or seemed to want to help me (probably because of… my kids with me?). So I decided to walk over to AutoNation just to see if they had anything to offer. I was greeted immediately by Nate and he didn't mind at all that I had my kids with me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and best of all didn't pressure me into anything. He listened to me explain what I was looking for and found me the best car to fit my needs, in the price range that I could afford. I've very happy with my new car (2015 Civic) and would definitely recommend this dealership as well as Nate to anyone looking for a new car. Overall a great experience.extraordinary salesperson

I walked in and told them what car I was interested in. I had done my homework in… advance so I knew what I wanted and what the price should be. I was in and out of there in less than two hours with exactly the car I wanted and for the right price. They could have not been more helpful and nice. It went from the worst car buying experience at the other dealer to the best car buying experience at AutoNation Honda!Bad service

They both answered all of my questions and concerns which made… the process go very smooth. They are very helpful guys. I can honestly say i will not be going anywhere else to ever purchase a vehicle. I recommend if you are going to purchase a car go see Phillip Smalls. He wont let you down. It looks just like a new one--so clean & runs perfectly. We recommend AutoNation Honda… Chandler. The questions we had we directed to Walt Northrup and he was very helpful & prompt in replying to us--he would direct our emails to the proper department or person. Yes, we recommend this dealership!Stay Away!!!
by JohnA85387 on 12/19/2014I reached out to Autonation Honda regarding a 2007 Honda CRV they had online for $15991.00 I made an offer of $14000.00 OTD, the was contacted via email by Walter Northrup, he replied to my email and told me my offer was too low, with that… never heard back from him so I continued my search, a month or so later I saw the same CRV online and instead of contacting Walter I contacted a young man named Jason, very polite and respectful young man, (if you must go to AutoNation See JASON) Jason asked me to come in to work out a deal, I did and Jason worked out the deal at $14000.00 OTD, however he had a Doctors appointment and had to leave so he turns me over to (you guessed it) Walter, let me tell you, ( [non-permissible content removed], Walter finishes the deal and sends me off to finance. I get with this finance guy who tries to sell me Gap, and this over priced warranty, after I refused about 5 times he was getting frustrated with me, which was apparent by his demeanor, after the paperwork was completed this RUDE finance guy never even offered to shake my hand or say Thank you or ever say goodbye, just escorted me out of his office and left me standing by myself to hunt down, (you guessed it) mister Personality Walter to take delivery of my car. So if you don't pay list price and/or do not buy there overpriced warranty the treat you very RUDE! Had I know I would have gone elsewhere where my business is appreciated. New 2015 Honda Accord purchased from Auto Nation Honda Chandler

We were so happy with Auto Nation for the Civic that we went back… here for purchasing the Honda Accord. Justin McCormick was very helpful in answering our questions and working on the best deal possible. Buying a car is a time consuming process once you makeup your mind on which car you want t o buy. Auto Nation made the process as easy as possible. I continue to be very happy with the dealership and have already recommended this dealership to some of my neighbors.Positive buyer experience

I emailed 4 local dealers in the morning and Gregg responded immediately.The other dealers who did contact us wanted us to make an appt. to come in but wouldn't email us prices and… information. Gregg sent an email with the prices and information we requested. No run-around - very straightforward and honest. He was very friendly, accommodating and the deal was made quickly. Eric in finance was great and the paperwork took literally 15 minutes. Eric also helped me with an issue with an outside vendor that another car dealer had sold to us but we couldn't make a claim when something happened. Before I knew it we were talking to the regional manager of that company! What service! In the end we got the car we wanted, received excellent customer service, a great price on a great car, and even a great recommendation for the best Italian restaurant where we went to eat dinner to celebrate.
