They really don't care about you here. They don't answer their phones (you just get looped through their phone tree no matter what selection you make). They gave me a list of "recommended" repairs that I passed on, and when hubby called to pay they went around me to try to get him to approve the additional work. Lost my paperwork. Super rude lady at the checkout. And then when they send a survey asking for feedback and tell me to contact their Owner Loyalty specialist the email has an autoreply that she isn't accepting emails (indefinitely). Go somewhere else where every step of the process isn't painful and where they actually care. It's funny though because I've tried to air my grievances directly with the dealership but get nowhere so when they keep sending me emails asking me to share on a public forum I finally gave in. Perhaps they need to revise their auto response to see how a person responds to the survey before they ask for public feedback.
