Dealership Sales Review
The customer service was great until I advised the sales reps and finance reps that I had my own financing outside the dealership. Day one I had to wait over an hour of a purchase order that should have taken 5 mins. The reps tried to pressure me into ditching the outside financing for their financing and made it seem that I wasn’t getting the purchase order unless I let them try to do in house financing when I told it’s not gonna work. The advisors/reps realized I was right then took forever to get me the purchase order. Communication after was good in the sense of checking in with me waiting on the loan company but to hold the vehicle I was told there was limited options available and it was originally well if we can’t get the loan number we can’t hold the vehicle. Then it went to I need to come in to sign the purchase order to hold the vehicle. So I come in to sign the purchase order and I waited around for another hour only to be told I didn’t need to sign anything and they would just put a sold sign on the vehicle and put it in the back. Then the day I got all my loan paperwork complete they decided to give great customer service by bringing the vehicle and letting me take delivery under the use of the dealers plates until I came back in a couple days to do the final transaction and registration paperwork. So I had an appointment for the Friday at a certain time to do the paperwork. Upon arriving at the dealership I had to wait 1.5 hours before I could finish the paperwork with the finance department when I had an appointment. I then advised the sales rep of an issue I found while I had the vehicle. I showed him the issue and he said oh we will call you tomorrow to set up an appointment to get it looked at. Never got that phone call. Overall the customer service was a rollercoaster going from we want to help and work with you to let this man sit around and waste his time. I probably will not do business with them again.
