    I had a small issue with my 2022 Nissan Rogue. I went to the service department and worked with Jennifer Lane and she was great! Jennifer called in the regional service manager and then contacted Nissan USA. She continually kept me up-to-date on the progress of the issue as well as being friendly and very professional.

  • Poor Service

    I went for a diagnostic but was never given a quote. So, when I picked up my car, I was told that the fee was $189. That morning, at 7:00am, I dropped off my car. I went to the tech who was attached to my appointment but when I went to his desk, he told me I wasn't his customer which was fine, but he was extremely rude. I was told I'd be given a call within 2 hours, nobody ever called. Around 2pm, I called and was then told my car was ready. The technician disappeared for 20 minutes with my paperwork, so I was unable to leave until he returned, and my visor was broken.

  • Not recommended for a novice buyer

    Auto nation (supposedly) does not negotiate on any pricing or fees. (However, the longer they have a vehicle, they will drop the price accordingly) I was in touch with several different sales people from two different Auto Nation Phoenix dealerships which made things really confusing. I test drove a truck at Auto nation Chandler and left without purchasing as it was a little out of the range I was looking for. Then I was contacted by Auto Nation North Phoenix saying they would sell the same exact truck to me for $800 less. (Weird, as I was told the price was non-negotiable??) I was interested and put a deposit down, but found out not buying at the Nissan dealership negated the extended CPO warranty plus the local tax was higher. ( Not worth saving $800) They failed to mention this! I was informed about this from Nissan/Chandler when they saw the truck being requested to move to the North Phoenix dealership. So, I decided just to purchase from the Nissan /Chandler dealership. Initially, they wanted to charge for bringing the truck to Tucson. But, I was leaving town and they wanted to complete the deal before months end. They relented and brought the the truck down for no charge and to do the paperwork in Tucson. Finally, I purchased the vehicle. After 6 weeks, they never filed my title, registration or plates! (They charge $500 for this) No one would ever answer their phone in finance so I finally went to the manager. He was very apologetic and helped to expedite a new temp plate. Hopefully my paperwork and license plate will be "in hand" soon On a positive note, I did get a good deal on a "new" Nissan truck with only 3500 miles on it. (Program truck) They do offer add-ons but I was under no pressure to buy them. What you see on pricing and fees is what you will pay. That is certainly a big plus. They do have very competitive prices as I shopped across the country. Also, the salesperson I test drove with was always reachable and did his best to help . (Unlike the rest of the staff) I would recommend Auto Nation Nissan/Chandler as maybe my experience may have been an outlier. However, it was certainly more stressful than was needed to buy a truck.

    Brought in to recalerbrate on board computer. Process completed and vehicle returned to me with check engine light off. Within 24 hours light reappeared . Awaiting response from Nissan..

    I was extremely satisfied with the service I received at AutoNation. The Sales Associate, was very knowledgeable and and answered all my questions. We were interested in in a Rogue but after looking at the different cars available we decided to check out the Sentra. I could not be happier with the vehicle we choose. It gives us the excellent millage we were hoping for and it is a beautiful car. The color is unique. I really like everything about this car. I'm happy each time we check out the millage we get with the gas we use and it is great! We never could have gotten this millage with the Grand Cherokee! This Sentra is truly the best purchase we have ever made.

  • Pretty Good Experience

    From the time we started looking, to the time we left with our new car, took about 4 1/2 hours. Way to long. Picking out the car, test drive, making an offer, was a joy. The salesman was great. The manager was great. The financing process took WAY too long. After that circus was over, that's when they STARTED preparing the car. Why not prepare the car at the same time we are dealing with finance? There was a lot of standing around and waiting. They kept apologizing and saying 10 more minutes. We heard that a LOT! If it wasn't for the ridiculous length of time, this would be a 5 star rating.

    This happen twice and I didn’t say anything.. now I am .. I took my car in for battery check … waited quite sometime.. wondering why the wait so long.. went to the front to ask my service guy .. to see my car was finish … I felt like my car been in the front and he didn’t let me know until I came up there to see what’s going on… This was the 2nd time I notice this happen…
