Love the truck, been doing research and comparisons for two years now. Also had my eye on Gateway and chose the dealer for its customer service history. I had a great salesperson.

New Perspective on Car Buying Experience

So coming to Gateway Chevrolet a already had my guard up ready for salesman to start their attack. Surprisingly, my experience was the complete opposite. I was… made felt at home and that every decision was mine. I wasn't hassled or pushed into doing anything I didn't want. My sales man Erik was very informative, answered all my question, and seemed genuine in trying to get me into the right Car. Meet a lot of wonderful people including the Finance director and GM of Gateway Chevy. From the minute I drove off the lot, the awesome customer service one wishes to received has not stopped. Overall, extremely satisfied with my purchase and would recommend anybody I know to go see Erik at Gateway Chevrolet.Adrain G

In previous interactions with your service department I was very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service I had received,… however, in my recent visit Juan M went over and above in providing me with great customer service. by DerindaThies on 07/30/2014I like dealing with all the people from Gateway, they are so nice. They want to help you, it is not just a job to them. Robert H is my favorite, he does all he can to make sure my problems are taken care of. There was a rattle, it didn't do… it all the time. Robert kept it over night on they found it the next day, it was the compressor and a motor mount. I was given a loaner, while mine was being fixed. I am very happy with the service and the treatment I received.Line-X Liner
by TecateCerveza on 07/11/2014I gave you 5 star rating because I am a loyal Gateway Chevrolet customer (both in purchasing vehicles and using your Service department). But I would like to mention that this experience was not a 5 star experience. I paid Gateway Chevrolet… to have a Line-X liner sprayed in and it was supposed to be completed in one day. It ended up taking two days because of major flaws in the Line-X spray that were detected by the salesperson at Gateway Chevrolet when the Line-X person dropped off the vehicle. This was a major inconvenience due to my wife and I needing two vehicles to get to work every day.Great Customer Service
