Love the truck, been doing research and comparisons for two years now. Also had my eye on Gateway and chose the dealer for its customer service history. I had a great salesperson.

    You always hear horror stories about going to a dealership and purchasing a car. So coming to Gateway Chevrolet a already had my guard up ready for salesman to start their attack. Surprisingly, my experience was the complete opposite. I was made felt at home and that every decision was mine. I wasn't hassled or pushed into doing anything I didn't want. My sales man Erik was very informative, answered all my question, and seemed genuine in trying to get me into the right Car. Meet a lot of wonderful people including the Finance director and GM of Gateway Chevy. From the minute I drove off the lot, the awesome customer service one wishes to received has not stopped. Overall, extremely satisfied with my purchase and would recommend anybody I know to go see Erik at Gateway Chevrolet.

    Overall, I was satisfied with my car buying experience at Gateway Cheverolet, I wasn't made to feel unconformable about negotiating for the price of my car. And my sales person helped me understand the process every step of the way. I got a great deal and had a great experience.

    Juan M my service advisor was very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and even helped me fix a loose seal on the door before I was even out of the car!! Excellent service! Very professional environment.

    I took my truck in for a battery problem. it was determined it was caused by the alarm. I did not buy the car at gateway but I always bring in my car for service because I live close by. the service person who took care of me. was john and he did a great job.

    The salesman who provided service for me was professional and provided excellent service. My car was fixed within less than a week and I am very happy with my experience with the Chevrolet dealership!

    As always, personnel was friendly and courteous. I try to schedule appointments when it's time for maintenance on my Tahoe, but I just stopped in this time. John S, my service advisor, told me it's not a problem we'll take care of it. And they did.

    I got my oil changed. It was fast and I was in and out. The only thing was that they did not offer to rotate my tires or offer a car wash like they usually do. I showed up after 5pm so they may have been getting ready to close.

    Thank you for returning to the attitude that customer service is a must and an important aspect of a business. In previous interactions with your service department I was very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service I had received, however, in my recent visit Juan M went over and above in providing me with great customer service. Being a loyal customer to Gateway, I take notice of how I am treated by everyone that I come in contact with. So whomever is reading this from Gateway, please take note of my comments.

    I like dealing with all the people from Gateway, they are so nice. They want to help you, it is not just a job to them. Robert H is my favorite, he does all he can to make sure my problems are taken care of. There was a rattle, it didn't do it all the time. Robert kept it over night on they found it the next day, it was the compressor and a motor mount. I was given a loaner, while mine was being fixed. I am very happy with the service and the treatment I received.

    I gave you 5 star rating because I am a loyal Gateway Chevrolet customer (both in purchasing vehicles and using your Service department). But I would like to mention that this experience was not a 5 star experience. I paid Gateway Chevrolet to have a Line-X liner sprayed in and it was supposed to be completed in one day. It ended up taking two days because of major flaws in the Line-X spray that were detected by the salesperson at Gateway Chevrolet when the Line-X person dropped off the vehicle. This was a major inconvenience due to my wife and I needing two vehicles to get to work every day.

    the low tire light came on and the wife panic, so we call the dealer to what to do, was told to come on in and upon check up we found out it had 2 screws in the tire. Short time to fix and that was it for the day......Thanks service advisor John for his fine work ethics.

    Jeremiah was so amazing and helpful with every question and was able to walk us step by step! This was the best customer experience I have ever experienced for a dealership! I will defiantly recommend my friend and I will personally be returning for future purchases
