You always hear horror stories about going to a dealership and purchasing a car. So coming to Gateway Chevrolet a already had my guard up ready for salesman to start their attack. Surprisingly, my experience was the complete opposite. I was made felt at home and that every decision was mine. I wasn't hassled or pushed into doing anything I didn't want. My sales man Erik was very informative, answered all my question, and seemed genuine in trying to get me into the right Car. Meet a lot of wonderful people including the Finance director and GM of Gateway Chevy. From the minute I drove off the lot, the awesome customer service one wishes to received has not stopped.
