onThank you for returning to the attitude that customer service is a must and an important aspect of a business. In previous interactions with your service department I was very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service I had received, however, in my recent visit Juan M went over and above in providing me with great customer service. Being a loyal customer to Gateway, I take notice of how I am treated by everyone that I come in contact with. So whomever is reading this from Gateway, please take note of my comments.
