    Jen is the best. We needed our truck at a specific time and Jen had the warranty service work completed several hours before it was promised. The truck had even been washed. It is very refreshing to work with someone who has integrity and is true to their word.

    I have been impressed with both Jen in service, and the tech Eric who has worked on my Explorer. Very happy with the results. To explain my two no answers. An accurate quote under the circumstances was next to impossible because of the multiple engine codes. While I am sure I could have found a cheaper price, I am more concerned with the quality of the work. And all the work Eric has done on my Explorer has resulted in a much more enjoyable driving experience.

    Had a 9:00 apt got there at 8:50. Was told it would be 45 min to an hour. It took 2 hours and until I went to go check, no one came to tell me they were running behind. Toby did take $10 off bill but don't know if I will come back.

    My expirience at Robert Horne Ford was amazing from the moment I walked through the door. I waited for a recall to be done, other dealers said I would have to drop it off and it would take a full day. I waited just over and hour and my car was fixed! A very honest and prefessional staff. THANKS!

    There is nothing negative we can say about the way we were treated at Robert Horne Ford. We are very pleased with our experience, even though I do not like buying cars. We will return to Robert Horne Ford when we need another vehicle.

    I brought our 2014 Ford Edge in for a oil change & tire rotation . Toby was the person , in the service department , that took care of me . He was very professional and gave EXCELLENT customer service ...... He is a GREAT ASSET to your company !!I would recommend Robert Horne Ford to anyone !!

    Bought 2015 F-350 to replace my 2001. Use for Lance slide-in camper. Wasn't able to locate existing model with camper package so ordered special. All handled competently and without pressure by Will in internet sales and close/delivery was painless.

    From a mix-up of my own I went to the wrong location, they were still able to get me in and out within an hour. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would get my vehicle serviced here again if I'm back in the area.

    I went in for the Works Service. I'm always pleased with the detail they put into the service report. My only suggestion for improvement would be that the dealer provide a report on the history of the services performed so I can make sure I'm not duplicating a service a previously did.

    I usually despise the car-buying experience. I hate haggling over price and then leaving with a feeling that the dealership is laughing as you leave, knowing you paid way to much. I have purchased two vehicles from the Horne family. I say family because they aren't your typical dealership that makes you feel like you've sold your soul to get into the car you want. Family is important to them. They employ knowledgeable, friendly personnel who will be open and up front about questions you may have regaring the purchase. There is no coercion, no guilt, nothing to fear.
