onI have been impressed with both Jen in service, and the tech Eric who has worked on my Explorer. Very happy with the results. To explain my two no answers. An accurate quote under the circumstances was next to impossible because of the multiple engine codes. While I am sure I could have found a cheaper price, I am more concerned with the quality of the work. And all the work Eric has done on my Explorer has resulted in a much more enjoyable driving experience.
