    Horne Ford, Apache Junction is an outstanding facility. The staff is helpful, attentive, friendly & the service is outstanding. From my first experience to the most recent I am thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend the dealership. The primary reason for this response is for Jen. Above all else it is customer service that brings me back and Jen Zubia is the motivator for me to return. Her attention to detail, great personality, friendly demeanor and outstanding professionalism sets her apart from the rest of your staff. She is a tremendous asset to the Horne dealership! Regards

    We took our recently purchased 2015 Explorer for first service appointment. Started service on time. While we were waiting, the Salesman Jamie, who sold us the SUV, visited with us at great length about our experience with our new 2015 Ford Explorer. Salesmen don't usually remember the customers they sell to so that was a pleasant surprise. Appointment was completed on time. Great experience!

    Toby helped me out. I had a door latch failure. I dropped the car off on Thursday before the holiday, the part came in Monday and I picked up my car that afternoon. I was informed the entire time of the status of my car and when it would be ready. Thanks for getting this taken care of so quickly. Wayne Hamilton

    We traded in our 2011 Escape Limited for a new 2015 Escape Titanium. From your website I found two on your lot that had everything we wanted. We went in to your dealership and Roger came right out as soon as we parked. We told him what we wanted, he went in and got a set of keys and we took it for a test drive. It was what we wanted so he started the paperwork. Once that was finished, he took us out to the vehicle and went through everything along with setting up the navigation system. Buying a vehicle used to be a long drawn out process that took most of a day. With this purchase we were in and out in about 2 1/2 hours. The buying process was everything we have always thought it should be, but rarely was in the past. Good job Roger and Robert Horne Ford!

    Jen was great. However I feel that maybe a little more training on the nuances of the hybrid might help; the services we initially were told were necessary were not able to be done on our Fusion. We had to talk a lot about the bill and adjust to reflect what was actually done. Jen was quite pleasant through the process.

    Jen Zubia. She is great for the Service Department. She doesn't have to get to know her customers...but she does. She personalizes the service she provides by listening to the people she serves.

    After having my car serviced I discovered that I now have 2 different problems. First, when my A/C compressor was replaced because the original was froze and broke the serpentine belt I left to find the next morning when starting the car it now has a growl like the air director in the dash is dragging causing the noise. Second, after having the headlight control replaced I now have a problem hearing the click indicator for the turning signal when the turning signal is used.

    Leased a 2015 Fusion SE Hybrid. Everyone involved in the transaction, sales through financing, was very helpful, patient and respectful. We never felt pressured and had the opportunity to thoroughly think through our options. Jamie, our salesperson, was great to work with and facilitated finding answers to our many questions. He has also followed up after we took the car and is making sure that we are satisfied. I recommend the dealership with no reservation.
