Extremely Satisfied, Highly Recommend!

We had a fantastic experience at Lonestar Chevrolet and will be returning for my next vehicle. The atmosphere at LSC is friendly, comfortable, and accomodating. Veteran Saul Pena was our salesman. He was awesome throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, understanding, and most of all, transparent. Saul was nothing like previous car salesmen I have dealt with in the past. He did not pressure or rush us to buying the suv that we were interested in. Elena Trevino, the Sales Manager, was also helpful. The finance department made the transaction smooth and easy. Eleazar was the finance agent that worked with us. I would ask to work with him when you get to the financing part of your purchase. Elvis got us set up with the My Chevrolet app and all of the vehicle personalizations. Overall the staff and dealership were wonderful, a sales lady even brought our daughter a coloring book. I highly recommend visiting Lonestar Chevrolet if you're in the market for a vehicle.

70th Anniversary Corvette StingRay

Called on an in transit 70th Anniversary Corvette StingRay. Talked with Harry Doggett....made the deal on the phone. I was out of town for a family graduation and party and wouldn't be able to return to Houston for a week to complete the deal in person. They were very understanding, held the car for me and honored the deal we made on the phone a week before. Met Harry when I arrived. Everything went smoothly when I got there to complete the purchase. Hector did the make ready and the Corvette was perfect. Elvis helped me with the My Chevrolet app and I was on my way. The GM Website clearly states a price to install a Sport Bar on a Silverado truck. I was also called by my service advisor, and he told a price to install a sport bar on my Silverado, but when I paid, they added an extra $50 miscellaneous charge to the bill. To me it sounds like Lone Star is taking advantage of customers. I will never go back to them. They should stick to the advertised and quoted price for something as basic as an accessory installation.

Great Times Once Again

This is my 3rd time purchasing a vehicle from Lone Star! I was able to upgrade my 2022 Traverse to a 2023 Traverse with no problem. I worked with the dream team of my favorite salesperson Marisela, Chris in Finance, and Jorge (Elvis). They all went above and beyond my expectations! Worst Customer Service

Purchasing a vehicle. Want to finance through my bank as they will give me lower interest rate. Lone Star already ran my 800+ credit score and my bank also notified them of my pre-approval, but will take a couple of days for Lone Star to receive banks check. I wanted to leave $6k for them to hold the truck just until they received the bank check. They said no I have to finance through them. They would not give me corporate phone number to speak to them. They would not budge on anything. This is not how you treat customers. If I were buying a new car and had more options I would have left.

bad experience with oil change service. waited 3hrs for my truck, got there at 8:30am didn't get it til 11:30am. not professional at all and was never given an eta. I've been going there for oil changes since I got my truck and never experienced this.
