We spoke with the dealership’s internet sales representative Ray Miller prior to traveling to the dealership to verify the price and details of the car. When we arrived the car was pulled to the front and ready for the test drive. It isn’t, hard to fall in love with a 2019 Ford Mustang, but we had yet to discuss the final price based on their review of our trade. When Ray presented the deal, it was in very simple terms - asking price, value of your trade, and the difference (no hard sell gimmicks). The asking price was exactly what was represented on the website (with all rebates), the trade value was exactly what we hoped for, and there were no hidden surprises or fees. We were able to take their first offer, something we have never been able to do. This was the best car purchase experience we have ever had. Further, everyone was very friendly - the dealership had a very hometown neighbor feel to it. Ernie Grant, also made the paperwork of the purchase very easy and we were through it in no time. This was our first experience with this dealership, and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend this dealer!

When I was introduced to Alex I was immediately impressed by his professional appearance.We discussed the type of vehicle in which I was interested and went to the lot to look at the inventory. We found and F150. We went back to get the key and because the day was rainy Alex picked me up at the door. Alex started the drive by explaining to me some features of the truck. We stopped at a lot and then Alex when through the truck in detail. Wow! A salesman that actually knows the vehicle he is trying to sell. He then was able to answer my questions and did so with patience and respect. He then ask me where I would like to drive the truck and we went on a nice test drive. When I came back to make an offer on the truck I found it had sold. Alex was very upbeat and showed me another truck remembering the options I wanted. My wife and I drove this truck and found we liked it as well as the first truck. So we made an offer, came to terms and bought this truck. We also worked with Virgil and Chris to complete the deal. I don't think I've ever in 40 years of buying cars been so pleased with a dealership. Everyone I talked with were friendly, personable,and upbeat. I just purchased my 2nd new truck from this dealership and my wife and I are totally satisfied! Owning my own construction business required a very specific truck and my salesperson Kayla and her sales manager David were excellent! They worked hard and were able to quickly find the right vehicle I was looking for and we were able to work the entire deal over the phone, by email, and text message before we ever set foot at the dealership. Seeing we live about 45 minutes away, and the fact I have limited time avaiable, this was perfect for us. As matter of fact, we were able to be in and out of the dealership in less than 45 minutes! Ernie the finance manager was great and already had the contract ready to go and financing completed by the time we arrived! Granted we did a ton of the work by phone, etc, this was still an efficient deal! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants top notch service and a great price! They were able to get me a great deal on this truck and also gave me a fair price on my trade in vehicle! Also I have found that all of the Ray Skillman dealership websites are the best I have found in regards to lots of pictures and details on the vehicles they offer! I was able to see the exact vehicle's pictures and the exact window sticker showing all of the options all while sitting at my computer desk at home or viewing them on my phone! Again very pleased and Ray Skillman Hoosier Ford will be my first option when considering my next new Ford purchase!

I am a returning customer. I purchased an F-150 4x4 about 18 months ago from this dealership. They were very impressive then so when we were in the market for another new vehicle, I new I wanted to return to this dealership. They treated me with respect and were very patient with my car buying process. I feel they were very fair with regard to the negotiating process as well. I found all of the employees that I either worked directly with or had occasion to talk to to be extremely friendly. In particular, it was a pleasure working with Dave "Hog" C and Ernie G in Financing was extremely helpful. We have two teenagers that will be needing cars in the next 4-5 years and I am sure we will return to this dealership to get them their first new/used car when it is time to do so and this is the first place we will turn to trade in what we are currently driving when the time is right for that as well. I highly recommend this dealership based on their high level of customer service and fair dealing. My hope is that if either of our two new Ford vehicles need service in the future that we are treated with the same level of respect and high level of customer service as I was during the car buying process.

We have never owned a Ford but had a chance to work with a group of people at Ray Skillman Hoosier Ford, Martinsville, IN and I can tell you I wouldn't have bought my vehicle anywhere else! Debbie, Kenny, Dave, Chris and Ernie are better then Super Hero's in my eyes. Usually I let my husband just tell me where to look and what to buy but this time he was adament that I trust Ray Skillman Hoosier Ford and no one else. I lost use of my daily driver and was "desperate" to replace the vehicle and they DID NOT pressure me in any way shape or form knowing I needed something and in a hurry. I was able to search the entire Ray Skillman inventory and get my top choice brought to me at my convinience to test drive. DO NOT BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE - These guys are the best you will ever find in this market, honest, caring, trust worthy and very patient. My family has been in the Chevy world ever since I was born and I married into a family that was a service manager for a Chevy dealer - by far my new Escape has been my favorite vehicle to date and I have had many Chevys in my 30 years of driving. The Sales and Service staff at Skillman Hoosier Ford were great. However the car was officially sold through Skillman Performance (Greenwood Indiana) and the official selling dealership failed to perform all the necessary Deal Prep activities, plus they put the wrong SD card into the navigation system. It took one trip to Hoosier Ford Service to get the deal prep completed, plus another trip before they figured out the selling dealership put in the wrong SD card. In otherwords, excellent experience at Hoosier Ford Sales and Staff, but not so good at Performance Ford.

My Husband & I initially went to Ray Skillman Hoosier Ford to look at a Ford Explorer that had 2nd row bucket seats after the Indianapois dealership did not have what we were looking for. Once we arrived, we were greeted by Chuck. He went over all the options that we were looking for in a new Explorer. Although we had not planned on buying from this dealership, Chuck & David "Hog" were fantastic at answering questions, locating exactly what we were looking for & offering us the same value on trade-in as the Indy dealership was. Within a few hours, Hog was able to locate a new Explorer with every option that we were looking for. The day that we picked up our new Explorer, Chuck, Hog & Cody were more than helpful in showing us all the options & explaining how everything worked. Ernie was fantastic throughout the financing part of the deal! He was very thorough and was able to answer all my questions! We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Ray Skillman Hoosier Ford!

I choose this dealer as the first of the 3 dealers I was planning to visit. Cody was he first to contact me my email and the follow up by phone. This was an exercise to investigate if the deal could meet my needs. Cody was extremely helpful to get me into a vehicle that fit my needs both in vehicle and financing throught the finance manager. It was straight forward and pleasant to dela with Cody and the various managers. I would recommend the dealership to other for their next auotmobile purchase.
