When I was introduced to Alex I was immediately impressed by his professional appearance.We discussed the type of vehicle in which I was interested and went to the lot to look at the inventory. We found and F150. We went back to get the key and because the day was rainy Alex picked me up at the door. Alex started the drive by explaining to me some features of the truck. We stopped at a lot and then Alex when through the truck in detail. Wow! A salesman that actually knows the vehicle he is trying to sell. He then was able to answer my questions and did so with patience and respect. He then ask me where I would like to drive the truck and we went on a nice test drive. When I came back to make an offer on the truck I found it had sold. Alex was very upbeat and showed me another truck remembering the options I wanted. My wife and I drove this truck and found we liked it as well as the first truck. So we made an offer, came to terms and bought this truck. We also worked with Virgil and Chris to complete the deal. I don't think I've ever in 40 years of buying cars been so pleased with a dealership. Everyone I talked with were friendly, personable,and upbeat. These folks want to sell you a vehicle and and like Alex were always kind, friendly and interested in you. Thanks for a great car buying experience. Charles
