Ray Skillman Hoosier Ford

The Sales and Service staff at Skillman Hoosier Ford were great. However the car was officially sold through Skillman Performance (Greenwood Indiana) and the official selling dealership failed to perform all the necessary Deal Prep activities, plus they put the wrong SD card into the navigation system. It took one trip to Hoosier Ford Service to get the deal prep completed, plus another trip before they figured out the selling dealership put in the wrong SD card. In otherwords, excellent experience at Hoosier Ford Sales and Staff, but not so good at Performance Ford.
