I am a returning customer. I purchased an F-150 4x4 about 18 months ago from this dealership. They were very impressive then so when we were in the market for another new vehicle, I new I wanted to return to this dealership. They treated me with respect and were very patient with my car buying process. I feel they were very fair with regard to the negotiating process as well. I found all of the employees that I either worked directly with or had occasion to talk to to be extremely friendly. In particular, it was a pleasure working with Dave "Hog" C and Ernie G in Financing was extremely helpful. We have two teenagers that will be needing cars in the next 4-5 years and I am sure we will return to this dealership to get them their first new/used car when it is time to do so and this is the first place we will turn to trade in what we are currently driving when the time is right for that as well. I highly recommend this dealership based on their high level of customer service and fair dealing. My hope is that if either of our two new Ford vehicles need service in the future that we are treated with the same level of respect and high level of customer service as I was during the car buying process.
