My salesperson (Paul) and the staff were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The transaction was the easiest car-buying experience ever. I was in town on business and had little time to waste. They met me halfway through the process, and I was good to go. You'll want to talk to these guys if you are in the market for a Mercedes.

Good Job, Easy Process

The selling process on my Mercedes was easy. What impressed me most was Taylor, the person who explained all of the technology on the car (and there’s more than I could imagine). He was through, patient, easy to understand, and made the whole experience more enjoyable.

Service Coordinator Corey Weaver has been managing the care of our ML350 for five years. We have had to have some repair work, and he has always been fair, consistent, and considerate. I feel valued as a customer.

Mostly a good experience.

We were there on the last day of the year for buying a car. They were very busy! Because they were so busy we had to wait several hours to complete the sale. I took away one star for that but understand that it was not all their fault. They were just swamped with buyers.

Marco and the cashier went above and beyond. Everyone was polite and friendly. I will return to this dealership for future service and I highly recommend Marco in service. They gave me a loaner car as I’m from far away/out of town and my b1 service was expected to take 3-4 hours but it was done in only 2. Very pleased.

Great service, Great folks

Love working with Ron and Corey on our two MB’s as they and the service crew do a great job, but sadly their mgmt team has put profits ahead of customers as they are now putting in a 3% credit card fee on all services. As such we will be taking our service business elsewhere!

I can not say it enough... I love Mercedes!!!! Every single time I've stopped by whether that was to get air in my tires or to get a warranty repair done on my car my experience has gone above my expectations. This time, like every time, my experience was phenomenal. I was treated with respect, cared for, and supported. I had to pull out my computer to work and they even offered me a private space to sit. Leaving my service appointment I immediately called my friends and told them how well I was treated. I even urged a few of them to stop what they were doing and go buy a Mercedes. Being a young professional it's not often that companies take you seriously, especially luxury brands, but that has never happened once at Mercedes. I can proudly say I will never drive another brand of vehicle in my life.

I stopped in to MB St. Charles where I know it will be a pleasant experience and I am never disappointed... from service to the sales staff. Phillip, Lee and Craig are the best. I brought my vehicle in for service and the service team made sure I had a loaner and provided me with day to day updates on my vehicle.
