Bill Emerson and Tona Zarrelli at Germain BMW went several extra steps to take care of my car and me… After our X1 sat in the garage for 1.5 years in our second home, the battery needed replacing and furthermore, my schedule didn’t allow to be without transportation. When I communicated this to Bill and Tona, they went way out of their way to accommodate and with such friendliness, it felt like I had brought my car into the Ritz Carlton. Stellar customer service and such a wonderful experience. I’d definitely recommend both of them to anyone in the area for BMW service.

In searching for a car to replace my 2018 Mercedes, I visited a number of dealerships from Mercedes and Lexus to Jeep. I experienced misleading advertising, evasive responses, pressure with multiple people across the desk trying to force the deal on me, while at the same time being unable to supply a car to meet my specifications, a white exterior and a lighter color interior. When I visited Germain BMW, I was greeted by Roberto Lopez, one of the sales staff. Roberto was extremely knowledgeable, listened first, provided direct, truthful answers to all of my questions and magically showed me two white X3's with lighter interiors in stock. The trade in value and sale price provided for the X3 were in line with Edmunds and Kelley Blue Book valuations with no bickering. After wasting days at other dealerships, the entire transaction including the test drive took a few hours and I picked up the X3 two days later. If you are looking for a new car I highly recommend you seek out Roberto Lopez at Germain BMW.

Another great service at Germain BMW. Chuck Griffith and the service team do an outstanding job on both of my BMWs (one of which was purchased at Germain). They are always courteous, professional, and fast. The complimentary wash and vacuum are a nice bonus.

Best Experience Ever

I had the best car dealership experience by far at Germain BMW. From the moment I arrived for service I was greeted warmly and was introduced to my service underwriter Sebastian Murzanski who could not have been any more professional. He went above and beyond to make sure my service experience was seamless. I truly expect to see Sebastian in a management role at Germain. Don’t lose him he is special.

This is my first BMW, and I shopped a ton of makes and models this time. From start to finish Germain BMW offered an excellent experience. Making the initial appointment with my sales specialist, Roberto Lopez was seamless using the text messaging system. The showroom is immaculate and the receptionist greeted me promptly each visit. Roberto is incredibly professional, pleasant, and patient in answering all my questions before, during, and after my test drive and during our search and negotiations for the exact vehicle to fit my needs. The vehicle I ordered came slightly ahead of the estimated delivery date. Such a nice surprise. I love that you can track your vehicle production online. Upon delivery, Roberto spent time familiarizing me with all the features and settings in my new BMW and even followed up with me a few days after delivery to insure all was well. More companies should strive to attain the level of exceptionalism at Germain BMW.

Finally I got to right person. I was skeptical to go to have fix again my ongoing issue with my air condition. A/C was blowing warm air again. But I think I got to right person this time. It was Chuck who took our X3 in on Saturday at 2pm. He gave as a loaner and promised to find out what’s wrong. It looks like finally problem is fixed. A/C blowing cold air like never before. Hopefully it’ll stay like that. Chuck goes out of his way to help us. He explained all the details what was done. Thank you Chuck again.
