After our X1 sat in the garage for 1.5 years in our second home, the battery needed replacing and furthermore, my schedule didn’t allow to be without transportation. When I communicated this to Bill and Tona, they went way out of their way to accommodate and with such friendliness, it felt like I had brought my car into the Ritz Carlton. Stellar customer service and such a wonderful experience. I’d definitely recommend both of them to anyone in the area for BMW service.
