Recently had servicing performed on my vehicle. what a hassle free process and helpful staff and technicians. Loaner car provided for my convenience for the two days my vehicle was being evaluated and repaired. Communications were great, to include progress updates to completion. Special thanks to Llyod Miles, Jeff Peterson and Mike Wood for ensuring my vehicle was properly taken care of. I loved the unique maintenance binder that outlined the problems found, the maintenance solutions and service recommendations (to include pics of problem area) Will definitely recommend the service dept to others and continue to have my vehicles serviced here. I bought a 2013 Prius C from Joshua B. at Irwins at the beginning of this week and had a great experience buying. This is the first car that I have personally bought, so Josh was understanding and patient with my questions, and explained everything as we worked through the process. I originally came in several weeks ago to look at a different car, put a deposit down, went and looked at another car at another dealership fell in love with it, almost bought it, but the car ended up selling before I could. When I came back to Irwin to look at the Prius, Josh was ready and willing to help me start the process again. Even after I bought the car, he continued to help me with questions I had. Thanks Josh for a great car buying experience.

I was interested in a new Ford F-150. I live 30 miles from Irwin Ford but couldn't resist the offers I saw on their website. I called the dealership and by chance was connected with Chris Kelley. I would ask for him when you call. Chris was professional and easy to talk and work with. He was very patient with the many questions I had for him. Long story short: I perchased a new F 150 from him and couldn't be more pleased with the vehicle, the price, and Chris.

Went to Irwin expecting great things but was extremely disappointed and frustrated from the second we walked on the lot. Mike the salesman was rude, arrogant, and not helpful to say the least. All that was talked about was where we were getting our financing even though we told them several times we already had Financing in place. Final straw was when we decided on a vehicle to purchase they would only give us a trade value of 4500 below its value. We left feeling deceived and treated like a number not a person. Would not go back and definitely wouldn't recommend going to Irwin!!

Our experience at Irwin Ford was wonderful and Howard Cullen, our sales representative was awesome! Three weeks prior to our purchase, I went in and tried out some focuses. I was quite nervous about being pressured into a sale. Howard priced the vehicle I was interested in with paperwork showing all the incentives, but never pressured me into a sale. I left with the information. Two weeks later my husband and I went to 3 other dealerships and found that Irwin had given us the best price. We called Howard to see if the vehicle I tried was still available. He went out onto the lot to verify it's availability and had the car ready for us to take out for another drive upon our arrival. He still did not pressure us into a sale. After we decided to purchase the vehicle, he promptly processed all of our paper work and had our vehicle detailed while we were waiting. Howard added more value to the sale by showing great follow up. He called us up a day after the sale to make sure that everything with our vehicle was good. He wanted to let us know that he was there to answer any of our questions or concerns and not to hesitate to call him if we had any concerns. Howard continued his excellent customer service by providing great follow-through on all promises he made even after the sale was over. They had the spare key mailed to our residence when it could not be located on the purchase date. Overall it was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. I really appreciate not being rushed or pressured into a sale. We would definitely go and purchase another vehicle from Howard at Irwin. Also, his coworker, Dana was very helpful in showing us all the car features.

I recently purchased a new Rav4 from Irwin's and had the pleasure of working with Michelle Whitney. It is my second purchase from Irwin's and I could not be more pleased. I previously drove a Camry and Michelle introduced me to the Rav, thinking that the height of the vehicle may be easier for my wife to get in and out of rather than the Camry that sits quite low to the ground. We are very pleased and could not have been more impressed with the service and experience we had not only with Michelle, but the whole Irwin's team

I purchased not one but two used cars from the Irwin Automotive Group for my family this fall and was working within a tight budget. I worked with Michelle Whitney who took the time to learn what I was looking for and how much I could afford to spend. She helped me find the right vehicles within my budget. The service didn't end after the deals were closed. Michelle made sure the cars were thoroughly inspected and in like new condition when I took possession. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from the Irwin Automotive Group and can't say enough about Michelle's efforts to pull these deals together for me.

A Totally Authentic Experience

Bought my first Lincoln ever, a 2015 MKC. I was comparison shopping against the Audi Q5 and BMW X3. There are many performance, design, and quality features distinguishing these vehicles but the most distinguishing feature for me was the authenticity of this dealership--sales to service. My sales consultant, Gene Meier, has excellent product knowledge and worked hard and long to ensure my needs were satified. The MKC is perfect for my personal and business needs. The vehicle design is outstanding and I'm especially impressed with the performance and mpg of the 2.3 liter twin turbo powerplant. This is a serious entry-level luxury vehicle sold and serviced by a local, family owned dealership equally serious about being world class!

Bad Experience

When I made an offer of the full asking price to purchase a new GT500 from this dealership I was told they would not take a deposit to hold the vehicle for me. When I asked them to explain they said they had someone else coming up from NY in two days to purchase the vehicle but if I wanted to come back with the cash tomorrow they would sell it to me instead. This is absolutely NO WAY to run a sales department.

We had a great experience, buying our new Lincoln at Irwins. We found our salesman, Jon, to be very competent, and eager to find the perfect car for us. He persevered in finding several models to test-drive, and encouraged us in the right direction. After the sale, he continued to show interest in helping us understand all that the new car had to offer. He did his homework and shared his knowledge enthusiastically with us. My whole family has bought their vehicles for years from Irwins. The folks at Irwins truely take a customer focused approach. And when I say that, I dont mean theiy're chasing customers around like a bunch of Sharks(like every other dealership on the planet), but that they focus their attention on your needs, not on the vehicle with the most profit. I worked with salesman Nate A. who was friendly, well spoken, and well informed. I strongly reccomend this dealership to anyone considering a new vehicle. Irwins does it right.

I just wanted to write a review on behalf of a Salesman at Irwin Motors, Bob T. Customer Service is hard to come by these days with the use of automation/technology and we are forgetting how to use valuable skills. Critical skills that are needed to make sales happen. I was impressed with Bob Travers the moment I spoke to him on the phone. Not only was he courteous but he listened and payed attention to the details in my automotive needs. Bob came across a used car I was looking for on the automotive lot and returned my phone call with such enthusiasm. Enthusiasm that stressed, I believe I found the car youre looking for. And he did just that! I signed on my new Used Ford Edge and walked away with great customer satisfaction. Bob went over and above with his customer relation skills showing full dedication behind the sale of this car. Bob took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood all the ins and outs of the Ford Edge before driving it off the lot. Absolutely loved our experience! This was the third time in a row purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, which speaks volumes in itself. This time we traded our '07 Ford Edge for a '10 Lincoln MKX, and although these cars have the same chassis and body, there are countless differences. Our salesman, Glenn B. took the time to make sure we really understood how to use all the features of the MKX. He even set up our SYNC account online, and went through the entire set-up of syncing the phone to the onboard system. He assisted us in selecting the best accessories for our needs, and worked with the service department to schedule installation of our remote start. Throughout the entire process we were amazed at the depth of Glenn's knowledge of the various makes and models and their individual features, his ability to anticipate needs, his willingness to assist with so many details, and how easy he made the entire process for us. Two very enthusiastic "Thumbs Up" for Glenn B. and Irwin Motors.

A Pleasant Car Buying Experience

This was my first brand new car purchase in over 30 years! I had done some research on the new Ford Escape and went to Irwin Motors to check them out. Irwin has a great reputation in the Lakes Region and they are also a strong supporter of local non-profit charities. As it turned out, a new salesman, Michael S. approached me. I believe it was his first week 'on the floor'. Michael was very polite, well dressed and knowledgeable. Over the next few weeks, I came in, along with my dog, Micah, and finally made a decision on what style and options I wanted. Since I was trading-in my 2005 Toyota, we spent a good amount of time until we agreed on a final price. In fact, it was Chris B., the Floor Manager, who jokingly wanted to include Micah as part of the trade! All in all, it was a pleasant experience. By the way, the Ford Escape is great!
