I just wanted to write a review on behalf of a Salesman at Irwin Motors, Bob T. “Customer Service” is hard to come by these days with the use of automation/technology and we are forgetting how to use valuable skills. Critical skills that are needed to make sales happen. I was impressed with Bob Travers the moment I spoke to him on the phone. Not only was he courteous but he “listened” and payed attention to the details in my automotive needs. Bob came across a used car I was looking for on the automotive lot and returned my phone call with such enthusiasm. Enthusiasm that stressed, “I believe I found the car you’re looking for.” And he did just that! I signed on my new “Used” Ford Edge and walked away with great customer satisfaction. Bob went over and above with his customer relation skills showing full dedication behind the sale of this car. Bob took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood all the in’s and out’s of the Ford Edge before driving it off the lot. I highly recommend Bob T. to you as a salesperson when walking in or calling Irwin Motors on your new or used car buying experience.
