I bought a 2013 Prius C from Joshua B. at Irwins at the beginning of this week and had a great experience buying. This is the first car that I have personally bought, so Josh was understanding and patient with my questions, and explained everything as we worked through the process. I originally came in several weeks ago to look at a different car, put a deposit down, went and looked at another car at another dealership fell in love with it, almost bought it, but the car ended up selling before I could. When I came back to Irwin to look at the Prius, Josh was ready and willing to help me start the process again. Even after I bought the car, he continued to help me with questions I had.
