    Daryl Warren was the sales associate that handled my purchase. Daryl was very professional right from my first contact on the phone from Wausau. He answered all of my initial questions about the Silverado and we set up a time evaluate my trade and complete the deal. He spent time explaining all of the new features on the truck in great detail. This is my tenth new vehicle purchase in 24 years (8 were GM products) and probably one of the few times I left the dealership feeling really excited about the transaction. The financial services gentleman was very good at explaining all of the loan paperwork and other purchase options (ext. warranties, etc). I would highly recommend your dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

    I had returned for an exhaust recall on my colorado, and everything went smoothly. Amanda was very helpful and friendly, as well as the other staff members I dealt with. The service was finished well within the time quoted and I have had no issues with the workmanship of the repairs. A thank you to everyone for another great visit!

    Salesman: He took the time to explain all my questions and everything about my new Sonic. I appreciate the effort he's done to put little note tabs in the user manual for quick reference. Finance Person: He covered all my questions as soon as a concern was raised w/o having me to ask. Overall: 10 stars - no cons or room for improvement. I'd rather have some free fries than coffee though :) Thanks for the pleasant experience!

    I would have rated everything as excellent and definately recommend, except for the price. I have been a steady customer, but I think you are pricing yourselves at the top end of the quick oil change market, with little difference vs your competitors to justify it.

    Jared M. Bartelt was the salesperson we dealt with. i am 73 years old and have bought many new cars in my lifetime. I have seen every unscrupulous trick in the book, from "good cop/bad cop", low ball trade in offers, hard sales tactics for after market junk such as "paint protection, undercoating, etc. Also it is common for the closer to aggressively push extended warrenties. I experienced none of the above described unethical practices. Jared made the buying experience a pleasure. Well done Jared and well done Gandrug Chevrolet.

    I dealt Jerrod and he had sold me my Malibu 3 years ago and I contacted him for my Equinox He didn't push and he knew what I had and liked in the Malibu the only thing I didn't get was the color and that is o k He is very helpful with helping me pick out what I wanted would be back again

    I have been very pleased with the professionalism and dedication to the client (vehicle buyer or service visit). Our truck buying experience was very nice, we were treated with respect. The service department recently was able to get my son's truck in on Saturday, when he had his brakes go out on the way back from college. Thank you very much.

    Smooth transaction. Work was done as requested, but prices for repair parts and labor are just high. I understand this is likely not Gandrud's doing alone, but it is frustrating nonetheless.

    Oil change was prompt and didn't have any reoccurring issues due to oil change frequency. There was a recall on the transmission fluid reservoir which required a new sleeve be put on. The service shop promptly volunteered to immediately fix it and get me out the door - great service.

    We were first time Gandrud customers only intending to "look", not necessarily "buy" the day we visited, but Shane (and the rest of the staff) were so helpful in presenting our options and getting all paperwork together we ended up driving away in a new vehicle. Thus far, I am very happy with my decision to go to Gandrud.

    I've been to another car dealership and have been given terrible service multiple times. I decided to give Gandrud a try and have been amazed by the wonderful customer service I have gotten. I wish I would've gone to Gandrud in the beginning. Great service, great people! Highly recommended! Keep up the good work!
