Jared M. Bartelt was the salesperson we dealt with. i am 73 years old and have bought many new cars in my lifetime. I have seen every unscrupulous trick in the book, from "good cop/bad cop", low ball trade in offers, hard sales tactics for after market junk such as "paint protection, undercoating, etc. Also it is common for the closer to aggressively push extended warrenties.
