Daryl Warren was the sales associate that handled my purchase. Daryl was very professional right from my first contact on the phone from Wausau. He answered all of my initial questions about the Silverado and we set up a time evaluate my trade and complete the deal. He spent time explaining all of the new features on the truck in great detail. This is my tenth new vehicle purchase in 24 years (8 were GM products) and probably one of the few times I left the dealership feeling really excited about the transaction. The financial services gentleman was very good at explaining all of the loan paperwork and other purchase options (ext. warranties, etc).
