    Time was quoted to be 45 min, took 1 1/2 hours and the Rear mud flaps were the wrong size to they are being reordered.

    I thought the first two oil and first tire rotations were free, just oil. I guess it was my husbands truck I was thinking of at Nissan. He gets the red carpet treatment over there!

    Oil change was done and tires rotated not happy with all the recall and the truck is only 1yr old and has had 4 recalls broken shocks and now find out the mountings on the shocks are broken.

    I thought Joe and his group or mechanics did a great job on the rear brakes and and they were very friendly. But I didn't think the breaks should of gone out less than 40,000 miles. I have a 2012 Journey and just about everything had to be replace brand new. Also my radio / unconnect - I can't get my text messages like I did before. All of the sudden it stopped and Joe said I should take it where I bought it from. I thought any Dodge dealer would be able to help me but I guess not.

    I was impressed from the time I dropped it off, short time I waited to check in, passing greetings from other service techs in the drop off garage area, to the pick up. At pick up, I was escourted to the cashier. The man who brought my vehicle around to the front answered a question and pointed out the parts department. The parts guy was friendly, helpful, and most importantly to me above all was the general, friendly, not patronizing type of greeting...they did not make me feel that I was something special...some customer service comes across as patronizing and too laden with butt kissing. Here, at Kolosso, I felt welcome, valued, and it was very efficient. Thanks, Pat Costello

    The car had a loud noise while in motion. The inspection indicated wheel bearings needed replacement. Parts needed to be ordered. There was a bit of a delay because bearings needed were on back order. That was all explained after the inspection and the repair was scheduled to permit time for bearings to arrive. The repair was completed on time, as promised.

    Our new car was in for rust-proofing, etc. When we picked it up there was a dirty mark on the interior. When brought to the service managers attention, he made sure it was cleaned to our satisfaction before he would release the car to us. He did a very good job.
