Point of contact was Sean with help from Trista. Both were amazing to work with! They found the exact truck I was looking for and answered every question I could come up with. Financing also were great to work with. I will be a loyal… customer to Kolosso for all new vehicle purchases.

by LPP1949 on 02/06/2015I notices pieces of foam and seeds on the floor near the midle stow&go seats of my 2014 minivan. I thought something was wrong with the seat cussions and everytime I stowed them and open them again more materials would fall out. Brought… this issue to the attention of the service department and Craig the manager came over to take a look at it. He pulled off the back cover of the seats and quickly figured out that a small critter must have gotten in there and brought the seeds in. The seats were removed and cleaned out, van was washed and vaccumed - I am very pleased with the work & fee charged & am espically pleased with the knowledge and hospitality of Craig.Easiest Car Purchase Ever

He and Jonathan lead us through the pros and cons of each. In the end, the 2014 Dart my husband picked… was a better vehicle than we had anticipated. On top of that, the financing was better than expected. And lastly, I told Sally that I have never gone through that much purchase paperwork and understood it perfectly. She made me feel confident that our choices were the best decision for us, and Gary and Jonathan provided us with a vehicle that exceeded our expectations. You have highly talented staff. Also, we ran into people we know when we were looking and when we were picking up the car. They took had looked and made a purchase. That says a lot for Kolosso's reputation. Thank you. by wadeann on 01/24/2015I was on my second visit for my 2nd free oil change and was offered a car wash for $5.99 but after the oil change my car was almost delivered dirty,when they came to get my husband and myself I informed him the job wasnt complete,I then… told him after watching through the viewing window,my car was parked right after oil change. Never getting a wash! I really thought at that point an Im sorry and the wash is on us today would have been nice! by JimmyGliss on 01/25/2015Purchasing this vehicle through Jonathan of your sales department was truly an enjoyable process. Unlike most automobile sales representatives that I have deal with throughout the years, Jonathan did a great job of answering all my… questions in an honest, straight forward manner without all the "high pressure" sales techniques that I have been exposed to in the past.....which to me are an immediate turn off. The only thing about the whole purchase that concerns me a little is the fact that the van was only delivered with one key/fob device. In my more than 50 years of owning cars I have never owned a vehicle that I didn't have two (or more) keys available to start it with. Call me an old, "fuddy duddy" but considering my health issues I can envision where this could be a serious problem at some point. I was told that an additional key/fob would cost me approximately $200 through your dealership. I've done some research on the internet and have found many options out there for far less money. If I were to purchase one (or 2) of these key/fobs online would your service department be willing to program them to my van for my added peace mind?Oil Change

Beverages and popcorn are offered if desired. The time needed for the oil change was… accurate and reasonable. All in all it was as enjoyable as an oil change can get.Oil Change
