I notices pieces of foam and seeds on the floor near the midle stow&go seats of my 2014 minivan. I thought something was wrong with the seat cussions and everytime I stowed them and open them again more materials would fall out. Brought this issue to the attention of the service department and Craig the manager came over to take a look at it. He pulled off the back cover of the seats and quickly figured out that a small critter must have gotten in there and brought the seeds in. The seats were removed and cleaned out, van was washed and vaccumed - I am very pleased with the work & fee charged & am espically pleased with the knowledge and hospitality of Craig.
