  • Remove and replace broken dipstick

    The plastic handle of dipstick broke off the dipstick when I pulled the dipstick to check the oil on Sunday. I called Kolosso Service department first thing Monday and made an appointment for Tuesday. I dropped the car off Monday pm for the Tuesday appointment and they were able to get to the repair right away. I got the car back Monday and the cost was less than the estimate.

    This is my second purchases from Kolosso, Both times I have had a great experience here. The whole process is easy, the people are honest and friendly. I will be back for a third time for sure!!!! Both times I was working with Tim Smith, He is the main reason I will be back a third time!!!

    Ive been to Kolosso multiple times...and they always give great service. Car always gets washed and car gets top quality parts. This time how ever, the part ordered took longer that the initial time give to me, which was ok, but upon return of the vehicle (had my windshield replaced), there was black shavings all over the inside of my car. This is the only negative thing I can think of in all my experiences at Kolosso. I will still be back. The technicians always maintain touch w/me on repairs, weather email and or phone, which I also appreciate. Thanks for your service!

    My husband and I purchased a new vehicle from Kolosso. The salesperson, Bob, was awesome! Unfortunately, we can't say the same for the man that handled our financials. He consistently called me by a different name and even filled out the majority of our paperwork with wrong information. Now we're having trouble with trying to get the information corrected. Also, he made certain statements that were untrue. One of those statements was that we would have a full tank of gas at pick-up. We came to find out this wasn't true. For such a large purchase, this man really made us feel unimportant. Such a shame because we enjoyed working with everyone else.

    First, and foremost, I am not angry or dissatisfied. I am concerned that we did not start with the simple fixes first and were not able to pinpoint the problem sooner, minimizing the charges for finding the problem. The problem turned out to be a U-joint (simple fix). Not a transmission, not a differential, or more serious problem. Got lucky. However the total bill for finding the U-joint ended up being $574.00. Mainly because we had over three hours tied up in determining the problem. I know the service tech, he is a good man and someone you want to hang on to. I believe he is the victim of not having up to date diagnostics or resources that can help him with identifying older model problems (the car is a 2003 viper). I am bringing this to your attention so others do not walk away feeling they have been overcharged. Long term your business is dependent on satisfied customers returning time and time again. I am hoping this does not fall on deaf ears. Thanks for reading and reviewing.

    My appointment was for 9 am Friday so dropped the car off Thursday 3:30 pm and the service adviser indicated the car would be ready Friday by mid afternoon. But Friday morning I got a call that the repair was completed early. The whole experience worked out well and the staff I encountered were pleasant and very professional.

    I was offered the opportunity to buy 3 oil changes receive 4th one free. This was very nice option. There are so many other places to continue my oil changes at once my original free ones were used up. I'm happy kolosso wants me to come back offering special offers in person

    Kevin McGuire was my serviceman. He was very polite and informative. He went out of his way to help me locate a service rep. to help update my UConnect software. He informed me I should make an appointment which was good to know. All in all, the oil change and tire rotation were performed in a professional and timely manner. Your new Kolosso showroom and service area is outstanding and your service reps. are great. Thanks much!

    My husband and I were very impressed with the dealership and our sales person, Marty. He wasn't pushy at all which both my husband and I really liked and appreciated. There's nothing worse then when you're trying to make a big decision and you have someone constantly hounding you on a decision. We both work at Festival Foods and from what I've seen you guys are like how Festival operates. Do whatever you can to bring the customer back! Thank you and I will be recommending you when I hear of anyone buying a car.

    The rear bumper on my new 2014 30th Edition Town & Country had to be replaced following an accident. I was extremely pleased with the result including the 2-stage painting and baking. The color is perfect and looks like it did when I bought it. They also performed the 1st oil change which was very convenient for me.
