This was my first car purchase and I was trading in a very old vehicle with a lot of sentimental value. I was incredibly nervous. He made sure we were looking… at vehicles within our price range, and was incredibly patient with me and my nerves along the way. I am SO HAPPY with my new Kia and I knew I was paying a fair price for it. I thank Michael for taking the time to show me everything on my new vehicle "what does this button do?". We were there close to closing time and never seemed pushy or wanting to get us out of there so he could go home. He helped us from start to finish to make sure I was 100% comfortable and happy and I cannot thank him enough.First major purchase

by LML9012 on 02/09/2017I will be recommending Enterprise Car Sales to everyone I know after purchasing from them! It was hands down the smoothest experience I have ever had buying a car. I mentioned while picking up a rental that I was interested in… purchasing from Enterprise & the same day Chris, a Sales Consultant at the Car Sales branch called me and set up an appointment to look at the exact type of vehicle I had intended on purchasing. Even better, it was a newer model than I thought I could afford, and still within my price range! We took it for a test drive, it had low mileage, was immaculate and drove very well. I'll take it! :) Within an hour, Chris and Derek, the manager at the branch, had found a financing option for me, helped me choose a warranty, we filled out the paperwork and I was done! They even held the car a few days for me while I waited to receive a settlement from my insurance company. It was a pleasure doing business with Enterprise. Their sales staff offer amazing customer service and the vehicles they carry are terrific quality. I will definitely purchase from them again!Excellent sales experience
by Jaggerhall6 on 01/10/2017updated 01/20/2017I was shopping for a used mid size SUV and tried several dealership before trying Enterprise Car Sales - I test drove a number of SUVs prior to coming to Enterprise therefore I knew what I wanted. The nationwide search option allows for… many more possibilities beyond a dealership - this expanded inventory allowed me to narrow my search to 3 vehicles (Nissan Murano) color, options and mileage. The extended warranty was another bonus as well as the "seamless" sales staff that always made my visit worth it and answered my questions honestly. Speaking of honesty: I selected my SUV and paid the transfer fee understanding that I was not obligated to buy and the arrival of the vehicle could be from 7 to 10 days. The next day I called to tell them I had the check from my bank and was told the SUV I paid to have transferred was sold "out from under me" BUT they found the exact same vehicle elsewhere and were shipping it - the vehicle arrived the next day. I test drove the SUV when it arrived, it exceeded my expectations, I purchased the SUV that day 3 days not 7 to 10 expected wait and the $617.00 transfer fee was refunded since the SUV I purchased was not the one I had contracted to have transferred. Many places would have kept the money since the vehicle was what I ordered and well within the 7 to 10 day transfer window. This demonstrates to me a corporate philosophy of straightforward honesty that they back up in cases such as mine - I am impressed and my next vehicle will be purchased through Enterprise thank you One very satisfied customerVery pleased

The staff was very professional and helpful. The pre-maintence check needs to be more thorough.
