Michael was so incredibly helpful in my car searching and buying experience. This was my first car purchase and I was trading in a very old vehicle with a lot of sentimental value. I was incredibly nervous. He made sure we were looking at vehicles within our price range, and was incredibly patient with me and my nerves along the way. I am SO HAPPY with my new Kia and I knew I was paying a fair price for it. I thank Michael for taking the time to show me everything on my new vehicle "what does this button do?". We were there close to closing time and never seemed pushy or wanting to get us out of there so he could go home. He helped us from start to finish to make sure I was 100% comfortable and happy and I cannot thank him enough.
