I was shopping for a used mid size SUV and tried several dealership before trying Enterprise Car Sales - I test drove a number of SUVs prior to coming to Enterprise therefore I knew what I wanted. The nationwide search option allows for many more possibilities beyond a dealership - this expanded inventory allowed me to narrow my search to 3 vehicles (Nissan Murano) color, options and mileage. The extended warranty was another bonus as well as the "seamless" sales staff that always made my visit worth it and answered my questions honestly. Speaking of honesty: I selected my SUV and paid the transfer fee understanding that I was not obligated to buy and the arrival of the vehicle could be from 7 to 10 days. The next day I called to tell them I had the check from my bank and was told the SUV I paid to have transferred was sold "out from under me" BUT they found the exact same vehicle elsewhere and were shipping it - the vehicle arrived the next day. I test drove the SUV when it arrived, it exceeded my expectations, I purchased the SUV that day 3 days not 7 to 10 expected wait and the $617.00 transfer fee was refunded since the SUV I purchased was not the one I had contracted to have transferred. Many places would have kept the money since the vehicle was what I ordered and well within the 7 to 10 day transfer window. This demonstrates to me a corporate philosophy of straightforward honesty that they back up in cases such as mine - I am impressed and my next vehicle will be purchased through Enterprise thank you One very satisfied customer
