Jeff was able to work with me via text, E-mail and phone conversation 24/7 providing all needed information prior to arriving at the dealership eliminating wasted time.… With my Prior knowledge of sales it is apparent that Jeff is all in when it comes to providing customer service. As a example : When I found the Taco I wanted on toyota.com @130am that info was sent to your dealership, by 7-8am I received a E-mail from Jeff to contact him on my inquiry.. I called immediately and had my truck secured via deposit. During the Waiting game Jeff promptly kept me in the loop with ETA and even sent me a picture of my truck as it arrived via transport. On delivery day He went over and assisted showing me all features included. As a added bonus the next day I received a text message from Jeff asking me if I enjoyed my ride home in my new truck! FYI Salesmen Like Jeff make the vehicle purchasing experience seamless. Also inside the dealership I would like to note : it was and smelled clean, props for that in todays environment.First and foremost, thank you for stopping by to leave this incredible review. by Steve on 03/04/2019I brought my mom and son up back in May 2018, after speaking to the salesman I told them if they would work out a deal with my parents to get them in a car they can afford then they would get a deal from my son and myself. Well after 8… hours of deliberating and working out the details they were able to get my mom into a RAV4 and she could afford the payments. Just to keep my promise my son purchased a 2018 Tacoma and I bought a 2018 Tundra. Then in December my youngest son was in a wreck and totaled his car. After a few days to make sure the car was covered, I reached out to the salesman and my youngest son went up the next day and looked around finding a 2017 Tacoma that was in great shape so he also purchased a truck. I would highly recommend Buckhannon Toyota over any other dealership. They are very nice and are willing to work with you.Thank you so much for giving us an opportunity to work with you and your family! Kip was instrumental in making the deal happen. Corey was a great salesman… to work with and always got back to us in a timely manner. Kevin was very knowledgeable and made our financing process smooth. There was even a sweet lady that made our children feel extra comfortable during our time there, and another salesman who helped Corey move our toolbox to the bed of our new truck.
