    Vehicle was brought to Jaguar/Land Rover of Spokane on Friday morning, and contracted service was performed that day with a request to observe the suspension overnight to evaluate its condition. At that time, it was agreed to have the tires swapped with a set I had on hand. Tires were installed on Monday and car was picked up as agreed.

    The unfortunate thing is the part needed to complete the service is on backorder and there is not an ETA of when the part would be available to complete the service. So after my car sitting at the dealership for 2 months, we had to incur the expense to drive over and spend the night to bring the car back to Montana (there isn't a dealership in our state) as we needed the car. So whenever the part comes in we will again have to incur the expense to take the car back. No fault on the dealership, but on Range Rover corporate. Paul was very upfront of the issue we would incur trying to get the part.

    We’re from Oregon went to visit family in Coeur d’Alene. The caliber on our Ranger Rover broke. This was on a Friday around 6:00pm, had it towed to this dealership Saturday afternoon. They was able to get it diagnosed on that fallowing Monday. Ordered the part Tuesday, part came in Wednesday morning. And we we’re on the road by 2:00pm that same day. The service department worked so well with us. So grateful for them and how smooth it went.

  • Land Rover Range Rover Evoque repair

    My shop couldn't do the repair, so I took it to the dealer, they replaced the cooling fan assembly for me and programmed the ECM they also found refrigerant Shrader valves were leaking so the replaced them and charged the system, the extended warranty paid the entire bill. great service and employees.     Happiness. That’s how I felt when I got my car back after being serviced. The car is still under warranty and they found issues that needed to be fixed such as my airbag light. They did a thorough review of my car and I felt comfortable when my husband picked it up and brought it home. They were also very friendly and accommodating. I’m glad they are my service people for my car. I feel like I’m in good hands.

    I had a schedule appointment on May 9, 2022. I had received several reminders of this preceding the visit. Each message was quite courteous. When I mentioned to the service department that I lived a far, a loaner car was quickly assigned. When I arrived at my appointment I was meant by Kylie (sp?). She was fantastic! Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient!! The service recommendations were appropriate and fair. The work was accomplished in a timely fashion and, my automobile was returned to me sparkling clean.

  • 16 k service and warranty clear bra 2nd time

    We live in Missoula MT 200 miles from Spokane- 1-called to verify service needed on Velar 16k service and schedule clear bee replacement-( to cure bra must sit overnight in warm shop) arrived Sunday night for Monday 9am appointment- Am informed the updated service mileage is 21k - I asked why that wasn’t picked up when Vin was entered - 2nd the clear bra warranty need approved - could take 3 days- -Bra installer wasn’t available until Tuesday -would available for pick up Wednesday - Auto Nation would Comp 1 night Hotel - We spent 3 nights and lost and extra day of work because of poor leadership and accountability in Service- And COVID had NOTHING to do with it! No reimbursement yet!! [contact info removed]
