2015 Chevy Volt
by TBly72@gmail on 03/26/2025Excellent as always! Free snacks in clean waiting area. The service was done right the first time, on time, and at a fair price. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I don't plan on ever taking my car anywhere else.Service
by Michele on 02/07/2025updated 02/14/2025The lady that tried to schedule me an oil change would not schedule my car until I gave her the VIN number. I am an established customer there. Maybe she needs some re training. The next lady that called after I left a message scheduled me… for an appointment with no problem and without my VIN number. It was a little frustrating, but overall, it was awesome service.Great service and great people
by Bunkybear5 on 01/15/2025When my truck broke down in Spokane(1.5 hrs from home) I had it towed to Camp Chevrolet. Aaron the service writer was really awesome with me. He told me that they would get started on it as soon as they could. The tech worked on it for over… a week trying to figure out my sudden loss of fuel, even with a full tank. After testing and researching every possible reason he found out that a wire had rubbed apart for my fuel in the wiring harness. The wonderful Spokane potholes kept causing it to short out. They had my truck up and running with a day of figuring it out. They kept in constant contact with us to keep us updated. Great people and great work!Great Service

by AlmstRetired on 02/06/2024My Bolt threw another trouble code which was determined to be the HV Battery. I was really disappointed that I was going to be without the car, however the Camp Chevrolet team arranged a loaner which was available a day early. They… ordered the battery and Chevrolet shipped it within about a week (the expectation was 7-8 weeks). I got lucky. The Camp Chevrolet team got it replaced, charged, tested and ready to go within 2 days. I was kept apprised of each step along the way with calls from the Service Manager, Jarod which I really appreciated. My experience was outstanding and I will definitely do more business with this dealership.A Simple Fix
by Brian S on 01/05/2023I took one of our vehicles in for service on a tire pressure sensor I believed was bad, working with Jarrod in Service. At first blush, it seemed like the fix was going to cost several hundred dollars, but Jarrod was able to quickly… diagnose the issue as one that required only a frequency reset (no charge). Naturally, I valued his honesty (something I have come to value and expect at Camp) and the reality that he did not "fix" something that didn't need it and charge me for it. This is the kind of service that will keep me coming back.Ms

by Scarecrowp on 11/05/2015updated 11/12/2015I have always had a positive experience with Camps Service Dept. This time around I had the oil changed and a seal in the rear axle seal fixed. The oil change was covered under my lifetime oil change coverage. Thes seal was covered under… my extended Warranty. While no one likes car repair bills, I have found that an extended warranty up front gives you less heartburn in the long term. Pay you now or pay you later, each customers choice.Inconvieneced and poor attitude
by Berto0555 on 10/23/2015updated 11/11/2015We brought our 2015 Tahoe in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to program new key FOBs. The oil change and tire rotation were completed uneventfully. The service department was unable to program the 2 key FOBs and in the process… disabled our functioning key FOB resulting In the car not starting and having to leave it at the dealership overnight. The service department did not have a loaner vehicle or curtousy car to use and I had to ride home with one of the maintenance personnel in their personal vehicle (he was nice and professional). The next day when our vehicle was finally able to start we were not offered to have our vehicle delivered to us or for someone to pick us up, so my wife had to clear her schedule and I had to take time off work in order to pick up our vehicle. Because I did not purchase the key FOBs from the dealership, they decided to not attempt to reprogram the FOBs again. We ended up purchasing a FOB from the parts department for $150 but was later told it should have been covered under warranty (did not receive a refund). When the FOB arrived and was programmed my wife asked the service department if they planned to waive the programming fee, the service personnel said with an attitude "ma'am it's only $30". He did however waive the fee but as she was leaving, once again with an attitude he said "You two ladies have a nice day" (my daughter is less than 2). My wife felt incredibly insulted and immediately called me to say she never wants to go back to Camp Cheverlot for service again. After spending over $60,000 on a vehicle I as disappointed with my first interaction with the service department.Bad paint job
by Gregory1971 on 08/09/2015Truck had bad paint that was flaking off. Took the dealership a month to get truck in to do the work and once they got it took another month to do the work. When got the truck back they didn't even check the quality of work done. Truck was… not buffed out properly and had wet sanding marks still in paint and and truck was not properly cleaned before buffing which left scratch on many parts of the truck. Truck even can back with a deep scratch. When I picked up the truck it looked like it had been sitting outside parked for a very long time. The amount of weather dirt on truck showed it has been sitting parked outside for at least two weeks after paint job was completed. When a job like this is done I would have expected a detail of the outside of the truck. But like I said truck was returned with a lot of dirt on it. When I dropped off the truck for the repair it had a full tank of gas when I got back it has less then a half tank. Which means someone used the truck for there personal needs. I'm very disappointed in this kind of service and wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.Great Team work
by sstowman on 03/01/2015The staff has always been nice and answered my questions in a professional and friendly manner.
