The lady that tried to schedule me an oil change would not schedule my car until I gave her the VIN number. I am an established customer there. Maybe she needs some re training. The next lady that called after I left a message scheduled me for an appointment with no problem and without my VIN number. It was a little frustrating, but overall, it was awesome service.
