I have been working with James Brown for almost a month before finally landing the car of my dreams! He has been extremely helpful in ensuring my needs/wants were met and consistently followed up with me as (what felt like so much) time passed by. Was informed a '21 Hybrid RAV4 XSE had arrived and I booked an appt with him for the next morning. Arrived and was taken care of through each and every step of the buying process (~5 hours... although I felt they have an extremely efficient workflow). I understand this was a busy time of the year for them, but in terms of customer service--did not feel pressured, had all of my questions answered, provided thorough explanations through every line item/package deal and I could genuinely tell they were ensuring everything was tailored in the best interest of the client. Everyone is extremely personable (including individuals who I did not have direct interactions with during this process) and I instantly felt a sense a "family" from the sales side all the way to the service side! So, thank you James, Ryan (especially you!), and Matt (and anyone behind-the-scenes) for your stupendous service AND taking great care of me.
