    Set up and completed my last free service on my Tacoma. As usual, the service department did a great job, from scheduling, sending reminders, to completing the service work quickly and completely. I very much appreciate the help from my service writer, Jamie, who answered my questions and explained the service work. I will be having Spokane AutoNation Toyota do all my service work in the future as well, and have already set up my next service appointment for next year.

    Thought I needed an oil change turned out to only need a tire rotation. Very nice customer service. Only wish they would include a free car wash with their service.

    Excellent! David looked over everything and got me started on my 120,000 check up on my Rav-4. Jeff Zimmerman and crew did their magic in the garage. I got 297,000 miles out of my 1992 Toyota Truck and hope to do the same with the RAV. There was a whole lot do to and I had time constraints. They did it! Felt like I was in the Indi-500 and the pit crew was working on The RAV.

    Overall my experience buying my RAV4 was good, I got the deal I wanted at a price I could afford. The sales guy ,Jeremy Garcia and Finance guy Jason did a great job of helping me out and getting me into a brand new vehicle. They took the time to meet my needs in a professional manner.

    The service reps at the customer counters are very good. The ability to get timely appointments is also good. Dealership service is as it should be, quality Toyota. Expensive, of course. But all car repair is expensive these days. While I’m not blown away with the service, it is solid and dependable. I can live with that.

    I was purchasing my leased vehicle and I was not happy with the service provided. I was quoted an interest rate and when I went to sign the paperwork, I was given a higher rate so I had to look at different bank for refinancing and that took another 5 days before I was able to finish up the paperwork. It was frustrating.

  • Toyota Factory Warranty O2 sensor BOGUS

    4200 miles new 2022 LE Corolla had a failed O2 sensor. It was not covered by Factory Warranty, and cost me $500 I did not have …because I put money down to buy new.

  • Don't count on the shuttle

    I scheduled an appointment online and had the option to select a shuttle ride or wait for my car. I chose the shuttle as I didn't have time to wait for the service. When I arrived (on time) for my service they somehow didn't realize I needed a shuttle and told me my service would be 60-80 minutes or I could wait for the shuttle for 50 minutes. I was told the shuttle is first come first serve....but if you don't have an hour to wait for your car how do you have an hour to wait for a shuttle? It's completely pointless and made me feel as if their commitment to get me where I needed to be in a timely manner didn't matter at all. I ended up not getting my service and will not be back.

  • Good but missed a thing

    They were great. Let me know I needed to change my filter and told me straight up it would save a lot of money to change it myself. Very grateful for that. However they missed an air intake tube and it freaked me out. Some lights turned on and the car ran funny. I figured it out and they probably would have been helpful, but it was late. Good over all.
