Flat repair

Called for a flat repair and they booked an appointment immediately. Issue was resolved with 100% satisfaction. Service advisors in white shirts were friendly and offered a free replacement under the warranty period. He asked the appropriate questions to determine how to appropriately resolve customer’s issues efficiently and make the customer leave happy. Will be referring everyone here.
